Guests have access to the full condo with the exception of a locked owners closet.
There is a ski locker located outside the unit to store skis and snowboards during your stay. Please don't bring any equipment into the unit.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the Sierra Lane Community and adjacent to Blue Mountain Village. The unit is surrounded by walking trails, and the Monterra Golf Course. There is an outdoor seasonal pool you can use in the summer located directly behind the unit.
Getting Around:
There is one designated parking spot for the unit and visitor parking for an additional car at a first come, first serve basis.
The Village at Blue Mountain is a 5-7minute walk, or 1 minute drive. Downtown Collingwood and Thornbury are both within a 10-15 minute drive.

Sierra Lane Community is undergoing renovations to the exterior of each building. Residents may experience construction noise in the community on weekdays. Please note that construction work for the building housing unit 114 will take place in the Spring/Fall 2025. Scaffolding may be set up on the decks outside, making them unusable during this period.
