Upstairs, the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area serves as the heart of the home. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light, while the adjacent deck provides a pleasant spot to enjoy the coastal breeze and partial Gulf views. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa, providing additional sleeping accommodations for extra guests. The third bedroom is located on the second floor and offers a queen bed and twin bunk beds along with convenient bathroom access and a private balcony.

Located a short 6-7 minute stroll from the Gulf View Heights beach access, or a 3-minute ride in the included golf cart, Sea Wink makes it easy to spend your days enjoying the sugar-white sand and emerald waters that make this stretch of the Gulf Coast so special. The home includes parking for up to 2 vehicles and comes with a complimentary 6-seater golf cart, making it easy to explore the area. It’s a short walk to the corner, where you’ll find Gulfview Snack Shack and Reef Beach Services for bike rentals and beach toys.
