The Space:
90 day rental minimum in Victoria. Luxury 2bed/2 bath suite in downtown Victoria! Our unit features a private terrace that spans the entire length of our unit. This suite boasts a hotel quality experience with features such as; professionally cleaned and pressed linens, chef style kitchen and superior quality furnishings. The Sovereign Residence, is one of the most luxurious boutique residences in the city and offers an incredible rooftop patio featuring panoramic views of the mountains, downtown city landscape and ocean. The building has enhanced security with secure indoor parking.
Our master bedroom has a comfortable King bed, walk-in closet with ample space, ensuite washroom and private access to the terrace. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with quality linens that are professionally cleaned and pressed for your arrival. We have a fully equipped chef-style kitchen with an espresso maker, Moccamaster coffee maker, gas range stove and granite countertops. Enjoy the breakfast bar for your morning coffee and/or workspace with printer. Our unit is bright and cheerful as it faces south and is in a very quiet residential boutique building with private elevator parking for the utmost security of your vehicle. This is a peaceful space adorned with plush furniture for relaxing, reading and entertaining. We provide a smart T.V with cable and Apps, a Sonos Bluetooth speaker and high-speed internet. Our building is renowned for its panoramic rooftop patio views of the inner harbour, city landscapes and the Olympic Mountains which you can access. This is a communal space with a BBQ, lounge chairs, dining space and bar table tops. We are steps away from the best restaurants and shopping boutiques in downtown Victoria and are a 2-minute walk to the harbour.
The suite features a private balcony with natural gas BBQ, firetable and outdoor seating/dining area.

Parking Clearance is 2.1 meters (6'8 ft.). The car elevator allows for a maximum of 205" (17ft) or 5.2 meters.
