"Thank you for sharing your thoughts about your recent stay, Tanya. I’m glad to hear that you found the location ideal for your family. However, I’m truly sorry to learn that the upstairs space did not meet your expectations in terms of privacy and light control. I understand how important it is to have a comfortable and restful environment, especially in the mornings. Your feedback regarding the lack of curtains is valuable, and I will be sure to pass it along to our management team for consideration. Additionally, I appreciate your comments about the essentials in the home. We strive to provide a well-equipped space for our guests, and I apologize if we fell short in this regard. Thank you again for your feedback, and I hope we can welcome you back in the future for a more enjoyable stay."
