Condo 4BR / 3BA à Vail, Colorado - Récemment rénové à l'automne 2013

Bienvenue chez vous dans ce spacieux condo de trois chambres à coucher (plus un loft) de 1600 pieds carrés situé dans les condominiums de Timber Falls. Asseyez-vous sur le pont arrière et admirez la forêt nationale de White River, détendez-vous près de la cheminée après une journée d'activité, asseyez-vous dans le bain à remous ou surfez sur Internet. Nous avons entièrement rénové le condo à l'automne 2013 avec une nouvelle cuisine, de nouvelles salles de bain et un nouveau tapis.

Cette copropriété de vacances confortable et familiale ne fait pas partie d'une piscine locative et sert principalement de résidence secondaire (louée seulement quelques semaines par an). Vous traitez directement avec les propriétaires, pas avec une agence de location. De plus, la cuisine est déjà approvisionnée, vous n'avez donc pas besoin d'aller au magasin pour des condiments qui resteront la plupart du temps inutilisés.

Entièrement meublé pour accueillir confortablement jusqu'à huit personnes. Les couchages comprennent deux lits queen-size très confortables dans la chambre principale et la chambre d'hôtes (les deux chambres mesurent 11 pieds par 13 pieds), un lit superposé avec un lit queen-size en bas et un lit simple en haut dans la troisième chambre. (une grande chambre pour les enfants) et un lit queen-size dans le loft (10 pieds par 13 pieds 6 pouces).

Le salon est confortable et ouvert avec un foyer au bois, un salon spacieux, une belle table de salle à manger et une cuisine entièrement équipée.

Nous avons également un bain à remous pour sept personnes dans le bâtiment. C'est juste en bas des escaliers et c'est un excellent moyen de se détendre après une dure journée à Vail. Seules les neuf unités du bâtiment ont accès à la baignoire.

Le ski alpin et nordique, le patin à glace, la randonnée, le vélo, le golf, la pêche à la mouche et le tennis sont tous à proximité, tout comme l'amphithéâtre Gerald Ford / Pavillon Vilar récemment rénové. Une fois arrivé, il n'est pas nécessaire de conduire. Laissez votre voiture sur le parking et utilisez la navette gratuite Vail avec un arrêt de bus à 100 mètres de la copropriété. Vous êtes à seulement cinq kilomètres et demi ou huit minutes du cœur de Vail Village.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. We had two families of four, (4) adults and (4) children and it worked out really well. The loft area has visual privacy which worked as sleeping quarters for the kids. My only reason for the four star review was the hot tub. We're able to use the hot tub much because the temperature was too low (85 degrees); however, the owners called the management and was able to get the temperature up to 95 degrees. The condo location was fantastic and the kitchen was fully stocked. I would recommend the condo to anyone visiting Vail.

Great place for a small group trip. We had for guys together for a ski trip and this place really met our needs. It was clean, comfy, and everyone had their own space. Would definitely stay again for a future trip

Amazing summer vacation spot

Nice week at Vail

Having a 4 BR at Timber Falls was great. The condo was well stocked and very comfortable. The walk to the bus is very short and being the first stop in the morning you always get a seat. Look forward to staying here next year.

Perfect weekend get away!

We stayed at this condo for a quick weekend get away with our out of town family. The condo was charming, clean and very comfortable. Had everything we needed. So convenient with the bus stop right outside for an easy ride into town, makes this a wonderful retreat. Will definitely use it again if it’s available on our next trip to Vail.

Family get away

Very nice property with lots of room. Kitchen was well appointed. A few more window coverings would help keep the heat out in the afternoon. Views are amazing and it is very quiet being on the third floor. We love Timber falls.

Great location and plenty of room!

Very short walk to East Vail shuttle line. Spacious rooms. Larger in person than the pictures make it out to be... plenty of space. Large community hot tub wasn’t busy at all and is conveniently located at the bottom of the stairs.

Perfect ski house!

We had a great time staying here for our ski trip! The location is perfect since it’s right next to the East Vail bus loop. It’s on the third floor of a condo building so you have nice vaulted ceilings, but a lot of steps to walk up. The bed and bath situation was perfect for our group. The kitchen was fully stocked and made it easy to cook nice homemade meals. We did have to let the property owner know about the dirty hot tub, but it was addressed after the issue was known. I would definitely stay there again!

Vail Family Weekend

Fantastic weekend though extremely cold outside. Unfortunately the fireplace was not available but the condo was spacious and comfortable. Owner provided hangers, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher soap, trash bags, condiments and items to cook with. Very nice. It is frustrating when you have to buy these for a short stay. Rooms warmed up nicely. Convenient bus to town. Great condo. Responsive host. We will rent this place on our next trip

Winter Wedding Toasts

My four adult siblings and I booked this East Vail condo for the wedding of our niece. The location was easy, as we could walk out of the parking lot and catch the bus to Vail Village. The condo was well stocked - even with an iron and ironing board for the big day. It was the perfect spot for lots of laughter, reminiscing and tall tales of our youth. Thank you to Jeff and the other owners!

Nice condo for a ski trip.

The place was surprisingly spacious having a good size living room open to the galley kitchen. Having the third bath was a big plus, even for a group of 4 guys on a ski trip. The kitchen was well supplied with spices and condiments! The biggest disappointment was discovering the hot tub was not working! After long days on the slopes, it was sorely missed. With a working hot tub, this place had all the essential amenities for a good ski condo!

Great vacation home!

Absolutely loved our experience at this property in Vail. The condo is even better than the pictures! Very clean, easy check in, perfect amount of space for 8 people (4 couples). The free shuttle was so convenient right outside our doorstep. Plus the kitchen was stocked with spices and other necessities that made it so easy cooking dinner each night! The hot tub wasn’t working quite right when we first arrived but the owners were SO prompt and sent someone out right away to fix it! We were able to enjoy it the rest of our stay. The next time we return to Vail we will definitely stay here again.

E Vail Condominium

Condo is in E Vail, and just a few steps from the free shuttle to Vail Village. Very convenient to skiing, Plenty of space in the condo, and it is well provisioned. Owner was very accessible when I had questions. I would suggest a little de-cluttering of the property. Some furnishings are worn. It is a rental so you never know how things will be treated. This was a good value for the month we were in Vail

Great East Vail lodging and location

Jeff's place was great for our group of six people. Our family of four had three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor. Another couple had a bedroom and their own bath room on the second level. The place has nice views from the lining room and deck, and amenities, like ski boot dryers. The location is the first stop on the East Vail shuttle bus so you will always have a seat on your short trip to Vail. We kept our skis in the car so as not to carry them up the steps to the unit. Plus it is only a level, five minute walk to a nice restaurant and bar at the Racquet Club. Communication with Jeff was timely and easy, and he allowed us to check out a few hours later on a great ski day when the place was to be unoccupied that night. Great host. We hope to return.

Great choice

Our group of 8 (adults) fit perfectly into this condo. Every one of the rooms was comfy and well furnished, and looked even nicer than pictured. We enjoyed an evening of cooking in the well-equipped kitchen and, with the help of a pull-up stool, all fit at the table. We didn't try the fireplace but the living room was roomy and the balcony a great perch for watching one night's meteor showers. It was an easy 5 min. drive to a food market and 10 min. to Vail. My 80-year-old parents did have a hard time with the two steep flights of steps (didn't think to ask what floor it was on) but I imagine that wouldn't be a problem for most people. We would definitely recommend this place in any season. Love to try the fireplace and hot tub in the winter!

Spacious, comfortable and convenient

We had two families (4 adults/4 kids) stay in this condo for a ski vacation. The condo is very spacious (pictures don't do it justice) and held our families very well. We had enough room to all be together and to all have our space when needed. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen and everywhere else. The full-size washer and dryer in the condo came in handy to dry wet ski pants for the next day. The bedrooms and loft had enough room to keep suitcases and ski gear so the condo didn't get cluttered. The view out the back was gorgeous and private and the kids were able to go out back and play in the snow on our off days. We used the hot tub several times and it was well maintained and convenient. The bus stop is very close and convenient, which was important to us with all the kids. We were very comfortable for our week stay and would highly recommend this condo for families.

The townhouse was generally as expected except we didn't realize it would be on the 3rd floor. Maybe I overlooked this in the listing. A couple items for the owner to check into, a) the heating system for the living room was inadequate, b) the outdoor grill did not work well and c) the upper bunk bed needs better support under the mattress (very lumpy). Otherwise there were ample cooking utensils, paper supplies and other household necessities. The hot tub was more than adequate and accessible. One last suggestion is to provide renters with a more detailed map as the various buildings in this development were not labeled prominently making it hard to find at night.

Great stay

Had a wonderful time at Jeff's property. We had 6 in our party and plenty of room. Some items that I think will be helpful to those considering this unit. It is on the 2nd floor of the building and if you have trouble acclimating to the altitude, you are huffing. The condo is set up so that on the main level there is a master with bath. the 2nd and 3rd rooms share a full bath. The loft has a full bath. However, the loft is not fully private in that there is a covering between the loft opening and the downstairs. It is not a separate enclosed room which means that if there are people in the living room talking, it can be heard upstairs. This is not a criticism, just want others to understand what the unit is so no surprises. The kitchen is well stocked as all have said. The bus is very easy to use and a few steps from the end of the driveway. Runs about every 15 minutes and takes maybe 20 minutes to get to the transportation center where it is a short walk to the gondola. We did not use our car the entire week. If you have not been to Vail before, there are many rental shops that will store your skis/boots overnight for a very reasonable fee instead of carrying them back and forth every day!!! If renting skis, I used vailskibase in Lion's Head village which was much less than other ski rental locations (prebook online for 30% discount). We would stay again!!

Great idea on storing your skis at the resort. Makes the trip much easier. Let us know if you return to Vail.

Nice Property at Vail for Family Ski Vacation

This property was in very good condition. It was clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located near a bus stop for transportation to Vail for skiing.

The condo is owned by four owners (three family members and a friend). We all live in Denver and have loved skiing at Vail our whole lives. We love getting up to Vail as much as possible but two of the owners have small children so the trips are limited. We love our place every time we visit.

Vail has always been our favorite place. Nothing beats the back bowls. We love Timber Falls because of the views from the condo and the fact that is it far enough from the highway that you don't hear the traffic noise that is common in East Vail.

Easy access to hiking, one of the first stops on the Vail Valley free bus route so we always get a seat and we always get on the bus (even during the busy weekends). The Hot Tub, the view off of the back porch.
