Your cozy island getaway awaits you on Don Pedro Island, aka Palm Island, at this beautiful coastal decorated home. Newly renovated after recent storms, everything is new. With four bedrooms and a bonus room, located on 3 levels, including two king beds, three queen beds, and a bunk bed, designed to provide plenty of space for guests to spread out and relax. Three bathrooms feature both showers and bathtubs, making mornings and evenings easy for everyone. The house stays comfortable year-round with mini split heating and AC that can be set to each person's preference. The house is stocked with every convenience imagined, include basic cooking and baking staples and condiments. The island is accessed via a 5-minute car ferry ride making it secluded from the hubbub found on most Florida coast barrier islands. Ask your hosts for reduced cost passes that are good for round trip passage; cost is $40 per pass. The island has 7 miles or uncrowded beaches, since few mainlanders visit the island. Saylor's Haven is 3rd row from the beach; an easy 1/2 mile walk or 2-minute golf cart ride. Beach buggy, wagon and water and sand toys are provided. Launch the two-person kayak from our dock to explore the many calm water areas. Local boat rentals will deliver a boat to the dock located on the canal behind the house. Whether you want a quiet retreat for two or the perfect gathering spot for a family trip, this awesome home offers a wonderful place to unwind. Most people find they do not want to leave the island once they arrive. On island you can visit Coconuts for ice cream, breakfast sandwich or gourmet coffee or Rum Bay is the perfect place to grab a drink or enjoy casual dining.
