Nestled along the tranquil waters of the bay, the Catch n' Relax rental house boasts a charming exterior with a private dock extending out into the shimmering blue. As you approach, the salty breeze welcomes you to your coastal oasis.

Stepping inside, you're greeted by a spacious living area adorned with coastal decor, Starlink Wi-Fi, and an electric fireplace, creating a cozy yet elegant ambience. Large windows frame panoramic views of the bay, allowing natural light to flood the space and offering glimpses of passing boats and seabirds.

The kitchen is a chef's delight, fully equipped with appliances, granite countertops, and ample cabinet space. Whether you're whipping up a gourmet meal or simply brewing a morning cup of coffee, the kitchen provides everything you need. Stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, Keurig K-Duo single-serve K-Cup & Carafe coffee maker (takes K-cups and ground coffee), toaster, ice maker, pots and pans.

The rental boasts two queen bedrooms, one loft/bedroom with two double beds, two twin beds and linens. After a day of adventure, sink into bed and drift off into a deep sleep.

With two bathrooms furnished with towels and hair dryers, getting ready for the day or winding down at night is a breeze.

Step outside to find your slice of paradise, where you can sit on the screened-in porch, catch the sunrise, lounge in the sun, fish off the dock, or simply soak in the breathtaking views. With direct access to the bay, water activities are right at your fingertips.

And let's not forget about the beach! Just a short stroll away, you'll discover beautiful sunsets, pristine sands and sparkling waters, perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or beach combing to your heart's content. The Catch n' Relax provides beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, and a beach cart to make it an enjoyable stay.

A few things to note:
Access to the island is by your boat or a private water taxi (Pirates Water Taxi should be called at least one week in advance for reservations at 941-697-5777). You should arrive at Dock 43. Lucky for you it's just a trip up the stairs to take in all of your bags. If you would like to order your groceries ahead of time, you can contact (Evan at Island Grocery Delivery 941-830-1346). The lack of a bridge makes LGI unique and adds to it's relaxed atmosphere. There are no paved streets only sand roads with the main mode of transportation golf carts and by foot. Rental golf carts are available through Paradise Carts or LGI Carts.
