Note: this is our home, not a sterile vacation rental so some personal touches and some of our personal item in the garage. Tons of toys and sports items available for kids and families.

We are available and helpful but not in your hair. We do send someone by on occasion to water plants and feed the fish and turtles.

Routine property maintenance (such as lawn care, pool service, or pest control) may occasionally take place during your stay. If you prefer not to have service during your visit, please let us know ahead of time.

Smoking outdoors is allowed only in designated areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly and ensure smoke does not enter the home.

Quiet Hours & No Parties
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly not allowed at any time.
Violations may result in a $1000 fine and immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.

Guests & Visitors
Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
Unregistered or additional guests are not permitted.
Maximum occupancy must be strictly followed at all times.

Security & Cameras
For safety and security, exterior cameras are installed and actively recording.
There are no cameras inside the property. Tampering with security devices may result in eviction.

Maintenance & Access
Routine maintenance (such as lawn care, pest control, or repairs) may take place during your stay.
We may also need access to the property for urgent maintenance if required. Please report any issues promptly.

Cleanliness & Respect for the Home
Please treat the home with care and respect.
Keep spaces clean and return items to their proper place.
Do not damage, move, or remove furniture or décor.
Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items.

Plumbing & Toilets
Only toilet paper should be flushed. Please do not flush wipes, sanitary products, or any other items to avoid plumbing issues.

Agreement
A rental agreement may be required prior to or during check-in. Guests are responsible for all damages caused during their stay or by their visitors.

Violations
Any violation of these rules may result in additional charges, cancellation of your stay, and/or immediate eviction without refund.
