A groundskeeper visits twice weekly for routine maintenance.

1. This property is not pet-friendly. If unauthorized pets are found on the premises, we will require their immediate removal and impose a non-refundable fee of $400. This may also result in the termination of your stay.

2. Smoking & vaping is not permitted anywhere on the property. If any evidence of smoking or vaping is discovered, the guest agrees to a charge of $200 per day.

3. The maximum occupancy is 14 guests. Groups exceeding this limit will incur an additional charge of $20 per person, per night.

4. For your safety, the property is equipped with exterior cameras.
