This home has three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a sparkling pool and multiple outdoor living spaces on each level. Get ready for a relaxing vacation or ‘workcation’ with friends and family and enjoy the gorgeous bay views right from the home with your morning coffee or your evening cocktails. The home also provides easy access to a private boat launch with bay access within the community.
The home is designed with comfort in mind and strives to provide the guests a home-like feeling. The open living area on the second floor includes a fully equipped kitchen with an island, a comfortable dining area and a living room with inviting sectional seating in front of a large TV to chill out together. It also provides a working nook for those who cannot take the time off but have the flexibility to work in a place of their choice.
The third level houses three bedrooms for you to rest and let the worries of the day, week, month year slip away. The master bedroom has a king bed with modern furnishing, large walk-in closet, an ensuite bathroom with a twin vanity and a large shower stall. The room also has a large balcony with seating and a wicker swing for you to enjoy a quiet tete-a-tete early morning or late into the night. The second bedroom has a queen bed with an attached Jack-n-Jill bathroom shared with the third bedroom furnished with a full-sized bunk bed for our younger guests. The second bedroom has a smaller balcony with stunning view of the bay and the connecting bridge to Anna Maria Island.

The lower level has a sparkling heated saltwater swimming pool equipped with outdoor seating, a BBQ grill and pool toys etc. You can enjoy a fun day in the pool, playing games with friends and family or launch a kayak or paddle board into the canal to explore the area or go out to the nearby bay.
For your convenience there is an elevator provided to move comfortably between the different levels of the home.
Located in Cortez, you can explore the timeless fishing community or go over the bridge to Anna Maria Island to enjoy pristine white sand beaches, waterfront dining, local boutique shopping and much much more.
