The flat is located on the border between Las Americas and Los Cristianos, approx. 80 metres from Playa La Vista. Restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets and shopping facilities can be found in the immediate vicinity. A car is not necessary.

The large pool area, including sunbeds and parasols, is at your disposal free of charge.

The flat is located on the 4th floor (lift available) and is divided into 2 levels. On the lower level is the well-equipped American kitchen (hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and plenty of crockery, glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils). The living area is furnished with a sofa bed, armchair, table and chest of drawers. SAT-TV and free WLAN are also available. On the upper floor there is the bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers, as well as the bathroom with washbasin, mirror, vanity unit, toilet, shower tray and washing machine, and there is also further storage space and a freezer.diagonally opposite the front door of the flat is a large terrace, which may be used by all guests of the complex. From there you have a marvellous view of Playa la Vista.

In the south of the island of Tenerife is the holiday area of Playa de las Americas, which stretches all the way to Costa Adeje. The modern town with its many hotels, restaurants, shops, bars, shopping and leisure centres offers plenty of variety. The sandy beaches of Playa Las Vistas and Playa El Camison (see pictures) are in the immediate vicinity, and for golf enthusiasts there are the golf courses "Amarilla Golf", "Golf del Sur" and "Las Americas" within a radius of approx. 10-15 km, and there is a beach promenade of approx. 14 km in length that stretches from Los Cristianos to Costa Adeje

The large terrace opposite the entrance to the flat is rarely used. It is therefore an additional usable area for all guests. From here you have a marvellous view of Playa las Vistas and above the bedroom (accessible via a small ladder) there is a mattress store for children.
