Villa Canto is located in a quiet residential area of Cala Sant Vicenç, which offers the best sea views. The popular beach Cala Molins with its fine, white sand is only about 750 metres away. Here you will find some cosy restaurants overlooking the sea, some small shops and cafés. Cala Sant Vicenç is a family friendly, picturesque seaside resort and at approx. 6 kilometres distance from Pollensa and offers three beaches and some nice little coves. The crystal clear waters are paradise for snorkelers and divers. There is a small shop in walking distance to shop for the daily groceries and a couple of very nice restaurants overlooking the sea.

The beautiful old town of Pollensa is particularly beautiful. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The vivid harbour of Pollensa has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclists, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

Villa Canto is a fantastic property with spectacular sea views. The fancy and elegant villa has direct access to the rocky "Cala Carbó" bay. It has been fully renovated to very high standards.

The house was built on three levels. It offers a sunny living room with a fireplace, a fully fitted kitchen and 4 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms are fitted with double beds and have a bathroom en-suite, 1 bedroom with twin beds and another bedroom with a double bed are sharing the third bathroom of the property. Most of the rooms of this exceptional holiday home offer splendid views of the sea and Cala Sant Vicenç.

The bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning on a timer. Working hours: 14:00 to 16:00 hrs and 20:00 to 08:00 hrs.

Villa Canto offers various terraces. The main terrace has a size of about 70 m² and offers spectacular sea views. It is comfortably furnished and offers a brick-built barbecue, an outdoor kitchen, a lounge and a large dining table. The pool terrace is on the top level. It has a size of about 120 m², panoramic views of the sea and the hill and a private pool of 10 x 5 metres. Finally, there is a smaller breakfast terrace, which also has views of the sea.

Children are welcome, a cot and a high chair are available free on request.

The use of the sauna next to the pool is not included in the rental price.
Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
The villa is not apt for guests with walking difficulties, as there are no less than 110 steps to climb to the house from street level.
With the various levels and terraces it is also not suitable for small children, which needs to be surveyed.
The bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning on a timer. Working hours: 14:00 to 16:00 hrs and 20:00 to 08:00 hrs.

Minimum stay is one week, extra days can be added.
Cleaning and linen change are included in the price.
