In a few minutes you can reach the center of the beautiful island of Borkum, but the apartment is very quiet. It has a large, cozy living and dining kitchen where you will find it easy to switch off. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a comfort that will make cooking easier for you and that you need for a successful time on Borkum. Additional features include a comfortable living area, an armchair to relax in, a beautiful dining table with comfortable chairs and a flat screen TV. In addition to the living and dining area, the bedroom is also equipped with a flat screen TV. In the comfortable box spring double bed you can sleep wonderfully restfully. The wardrobe offers enough space for the things you have brought with you. The bathroom with daylight, which is equipped with a spacious shower and - as a highlight of the apartment - a sauna, is another reason to be able to really enjoy your holiday. In addition, the sun terrace, equipped with a parasol and seating, invites you to relax and linger.
You can park your car in a private parking lot. You can use the washing machine and dryer in a common room.
Note: the apartment is accessed via an external staircase which may be uncomfortable for dogs.

The Sommerwind Alfonso house with 4 apartments was only completed in 2022. Three of these are available for rent and can accommodate six, four or two people. Dogs are welcome in this house!
The Sommerwind Alfonso house impresses with its proximity to the center, yet it is in a very quiet location and invites you to relax and take a deep breath. All three apartments also have their own sauna, which can be used as desired.
