The expansive upstairs primary suite offers a peaceful escape with its own private covered balcony. There are two bedrooms located downstairs — one featuring a queen-size bed and the other with two twin beds. All bedrooms offer private ensuite bathrooms.

**All bookings require a signed rental agreement, a copy of a government issued photo ID that matches the credit card and the agreement, and a $500.00 security deposit hold (Rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking, or the reservation will be subject to cancellation.)

** Must be at least 25 years old to rent and the person booking must stay in the property through the duration of the rental.
** There must be one adult 25 or older present for every 3 guests under the age of 25.
**Parking available for 2 cars. Parking on the street is strictly prohibited.
** No canopies or tarps on the beach.
**We provide a starter supply of essentials including soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, paper towels, coffee, and toilet paper to help you settle in comfortably until you have a chance to visit the store.
**Rental Golf Carts are not allowed in Caribe.
**Please note: HOA regulations allow a maximum of 6 guests and require a minimum stay of 7 nights.
