Situé au cœur de Destin, au milieu de toute l'excitation, notre copropriété est l'endroit parfait pour les couples et les petites familles. Échapper au paradis dans ce pittoresque, escapade tranquille avec vue imprenable sur la plage. Profitez de prix hors-la-plage avec les commodités et points de vue des pays du Golfe-avant hébergement!

Notre unité a une chambre de maître, salon, salle à manger, cuisine, et salle de bains. Il dispose d'une terrasse privée pas du golfe du Mexique! Facile d'accès à la piscine, bain à remous, barbecues au charbon, laveuse, sécheuse.

Lorsque vous êtes prêt à couler vos pieds dans le sable sucrée des plus belles plages du monde, tout ce que vous avez à faire est de traverser la rue et vous y êtes! Promenez-vous à travers la route d'accès pour une journée de détente à la plage. Vous êtes à seulement quelques pas de la vague déferlante mousseux.

Le complexe dispose d'une piscine chauffée avec des chaises longues et des parasols, un bain à remous et des douches pour une retraite sans sable. Pour terminer une journée parfaite au soleil, rassembler la famille autour des tables de pique-nique et barbecues au charbon pour un cuisinier-out! Ou si vous ne vous sentez pas envie de cuisiner, il ya plusieurs restaurants primés à distance de marche. Ceci est l'un des très rares condominiums à Destin avec caractère et la personnalité.

Ceci est un magnifiquement meublé 1 chambre / 1 salle de bain condo. Un lit king size, de deux lits superposés de taille, et un canapé-lit convertible vous permet de dormir confortablement 6.

Les sols sont nouvellement carrelés! Une télévision à écran plat, un lecteur DVD et une connexion Wi-Fi sont fournis.

Summer Breeze est situé dans le cœur de Destin de sorte que les possibilités de divertissement sont accablants! Les centres commerciaux de plein air, les cinémas, des centaines de restaurants, les arcades et les parcours de golf de championnat sont à quelques minutes.

Great location

Nice clean condo, close to the beach! The unit was well appointed with lots of towels and a well stocked kitchen.The on-site pool and hot tub were great, with plenty of deck chairs.

Great Beach Getaway

My husband and I loved this vacation. And next time, we may even bring our 2 kids. Things we liked the best were: being on the first floor and walking right out to the pool, having the beach within steps of us, having a on-the-beach restaurant that offered live music and great food and drinks right across the street. We will definitely come again.

Seabreeze 105 is the best

Just a 5 minute walk and your toes are in the sand Complete with pool and hot tub, it also includes outdoor grills and laundry machines. Chris Chico and VRBO are unbeatable.

Our Happy Place

We stay in this unit each year when we come to Destin for our family vacation. We love the convenience of stepping off the deck and the pool is just a few feet away. We can enjoy our coffee and watch our grandchild at the same time. The beaches are beautiful and only a few steps further than the pool. We will be back next year.

Our stay was great at this property; the location is perfect, with the beach just across the street and the pool right outside the back door. The only downsides were: can hear neighbors on 2nd floor walking/moving, bed was not super comfortable but it worked, and with the cold weather a few palmetto bugs came into the unit (but it was addressed right away). Property manager was great and overall experience was great.

Perfect location! We love Summerbreeze!Inside property needs a lot of work. Knobs, handles, locks on doors are all about to fall off. Kit pots and pans are all stained to where food sticks on it when cooking, not enough forks. Bed uncomfortable. TV only played music, no TV to watch. Hot Tub was hot but jets did not work. Not enough outside lights by pools. Umberellas needed for shade at pool!Needs repairs and up keep.Certainly not 5 Stars!
Everything just thrown in under the sink. Hard to find anything

Better places in the area

When we checked in, the access number we were provided didn't work and the property manager was unavailable with no return calls. We stood outside for the better part of an hour when we were finally able to get in touch with someone who could let us in. Floors were very sandy upon entry and there was sand in the beds. The property was ok, with a convenient location, but we had to do some cleaning upon arrival.

Property has alot of deferred maintenance

This condo had a terrible smell when entering. It was damp and you could tell the humidity level was too high. The comforter on the bed even felt damp. It smelled like mold. The air vents were rusty as well as the refrigerator had rust on it. Signs of high humidity. The condo needs to be painted as the baseboards and some walls were in rough shape. Several lights didn't work. Electric cords to ceiling fans were not wired in but the electric cords ran across the ceiling and plugged into an outlet. Not sure if that is up to electric code. The porch was overcrowded with beach toys that didn't leave much room for sitting and the chairs on the porch were rotten and couldn't be sat in. The porch floor was so old it was splintered and we were afraid to walk barefoot on it. Overall this condo needs alot of repairs and needs at least 2 large dehumidifiers installed to cut the dampness and stop the bad smell. If this is not corrected there could be serious health issues due to mold. I cannot recommend anyone staying here until this condo is repaired to be safe.

Thank you for the feedback. To address your many concerns: The humidity level is very high in Florida, particularly in August and by the beach. No amount of dehumidifiers will negate this. Thankfully we have a brand new HVAC which effectively cools the condo and combats the humidity. I’m President of the HOA and can assure you that the entire Complex is routinely inspected. Mold is not an issue. Neither are splintered boards. The small amount of rust you see is a byproduct of the salt air. It’s one of the few negatives about the condo being so close to the ocean. We’ve had professional electricians do work on the condo and it is up to code. The condo must pass a stringent twenty point check list before the next guest is allowed to check in. We’ve found no issues with the lights in this unit. We do provide several beach toys for families to use at their convenience. They are stored in a corner of the porch. I truly apologize if these got in your way. The patio chairs have been checked. They’re comfortable and in good working condition. This condo is our second home. My wife and I take great pride in it and are excited to share it with family and friends. We invest several thousand every season to upgrade the unit and provide a memorable experience for our guests. We only ask that renters treat our home like their own and ENJOY their vacation. It's always five o'clock here!

The condo was alittle dated and the ice maker in fridge didn't work and some of the boards on decking were really worn out but over all I would rent this place again

Very clean and welcoming place! Easy access to the pool and hot tub. Everything needed to enjoy a day on the beach right on the porch. Walk right across the street to the beach or right down the road for some great food. 10/10 recommend!

Loved the location and the easy check in. Love that it is a small , quiet building. Had a little issue with the air conditioner. Within an hour of texting the contact for the problem, she had someone there to fix the problem. Very satisfied with our stay!

Two condos for a weeks stay with family

We had a great trip, and everything was as described. This was our third time back, and will continue to stay here. It’s perfect for family’s with small children. The beach is walkable and the pool is right outside patio with child proof locking system on patio. We spent a lot of time at pool and sauna. The restaurant near beach is also very family friendly. We walked with three kids under three this past trip and it was a breeze. You won’t find anything better equipment for a Sarasota vacation at this price.

Great location

We had a good experience from start to finish! The condo was clean with most things you would need for your stay. Would like more garbage bags and dishwasher pods. Two of each isn’t enough for a 8 day stay. The condo is close to the beach, close to restaurants and other things to do. The pool was clean and there are a lot of boogie boards and sand toys to take to the beach, so don’t buy any!!! We did and left them behind (can’t take them on the plane) so now there are even more! Parking is a little annoying, there are enough parking spaces it’s just a little tight. We had a great trip and will definitely be back to this condo!

We had a great time in Miramar with the close location to the beach and the beach toys that were provided at the condo. Pool was very clean and check in was super easy! We enjoyed our stay and will return soon!

Birthday Getaway

I found this property in 2019. The area is perfect for ease of beach access and walk ability to restaurants and souvenir shopping. I love that I can walk out the back door onto a small deck straight to the pool deck! If you’re mainly concerned with beach access and pool proximity this is the place for you. It would be nice if the furnishings and bedding were better quality but that won’t keep me from booking again.
