Step inside to a spacious open floor plan designed for relaxation and comfort. The bright and airy living room features plush furnishings and expansive windows that fill the space with natural light and panoramic ocean views. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen boasts high-end stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a breakfast bar—perfect for preparing everything from gourmet meals to quick beachside snacks.

Each of the four bedrooms is thoughtfully designed for privacy and tranquility. The main floor hosts the master suite with a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom, along with a nearby queen bedroom. On the lower level, a large bedroom with two twin beds and a foosball table offers a fun retreat for kids, while another king bedroom provides additional comfort.

COMPLIMENTARY BEACH SERVICE
Beach Service is provided seasonally from March 1st - October 31st, weather permitting, and is only offered during regular business hours until 5pm. This service includes 2 chairs and one umbrella.

POOL HEAT
A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for Pool Heat. If you prefer to have an unheated pool, please email or call after booking and the fees will be immediately refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: The pool cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees or above 80 degrees. As your stay gets closer, we will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during that time period. We will immediately refund you if conditions do not allow for this.

The reason our experience was so unpleasant was the alarm system. The highppitched screeching noise that went off every time the door opened was unbearable. It severely disrupted our stay and made the property extremely difficut to enjoy or feel comfortable in. Guests should be clearly warned about the alarm system in advance.

Perfect

We could not have gotten a better setup for our family. The house was awesome and the outdoor setup even better. The beach was always pristine and the chair service made things so easy for us as we were constantly having to make trips back to the house for the little ones. The management company was super organized and easy to work with too. We had such a fun week.

Best vacation!

Perfect location, great amenities, stunning views, and more than enough space for our family. Our kids loved the heated pool, the beach access was so convenient, and we loved the tennis/pickleball courts as well! It was the best week with the best weather and we hope to be able to stay here again in the future.

What a House!

Beautiful house with a breathtaking view of the ocean! The gated neighborhood was cozy and very friendly. We couldn’t have been happier picking this place for our family getaway. Would definitely stay at this house again when we come visit the area.

Perfect getaway at an ideal setting

What a great experience. The house was perfect for our family. Right of us in total. Downstairs set up was ideal for my daughter’s family of five. My grandkids loved the pool and foosball table. The kitchen and dining area couldn’t have been any better. Breakfast on the deck watching the sunrise and morning beach activity. Communication prior to check in was great. Instructions during the stay and checking were clear and timely. Made for a stress free stay. Highly recommend for any family looking for a great getaway to relax in the sun.

B-day Vaycay

Location was excellent, access to the beach and amenities was awesome. A little disappointed that the property is showing some wear and tear. Cabinet and closet doors broken or totally off the hinges and cushions for the lounge chairs are very tacky. Nothing a handy man couldn’t take care of in a day or two. Location,location,location and we got that and more

On The Beach, Wonderful Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental house was great for our family. I loved the community that we stayed in, and this house sits closest to the beach that you can get. We had plenty of room and my kids loved the pool. It does have some minor things that will need attention in the future, but I notice things other people normally wouldn't. Overall it was clean, had everything we needed, and I would stay here again. It is not the most updated home in the area, but can't beat the location. Reminder that it is a private beach and no tents or canopies are allowed. You can bring your own chairs and umbrellas if you wish or pay for chair service for the week.

Overall, we loved our stay!

My family of 7 loved our stay in this home. The location was fantastic! Could not be closer to the beach, and the access was convenient. Even though it was the week of Memorial Day, the beach was not overly crowded. Perfect sand and water! The layout of the home was ideal to spread out, yet feel together. The neighborhood was clean and safe, and nice to walk/run/play pickleball. I agree with some of the other reviews that the house could use some TLC. It was beautiful on the surface, but some details are overlooked. There was broken patio furniture, lots of wear and tear that could be updated, and lack of kitchen essentials that would have been handy. For the price, I had higher expectations. But overall, we had a wonderful stay and made great memories. Thanks for this lovely home right on the beach!

The house is a great size that gave everyone their own space and I personally loved the beachy decor. My favorite spot however was the back porch that overlooked the pool and that beautiful PRIVATE beach. I think I literally spent half my vacation on that porch. I Loved that I had chairs and an umbrella set up waiting for me everyday. You cannot beat the proximity to the sand. It’s literally a hop, skip and jump away. It was a great week and now we are spoiled by this house. There are a few things that need fixing and a little TLC but nothing that would keep me away. If you’re on the fence...climb on over. You won’t regret it :)

Wonderful beach property

We were a group of 7 women in our sixties that have been going to Sandestin/Miramar beach for years. This is by far our favorite property. It truly is a perfect beach home that is very comfortable and has everything you need for a great week. The beds were comfortable, living room is great, kitchen a little small for 7 women but we made it work. The covered patio, pool, and pool deck were great except it could use some new comfortable patio furniture. We were very pleased that there is a gate that goes from the pool deck to the neighborhood beach ramp that made it so convenient and easy for us, especially for one of friends that has stage 4 bone cancer that’s on a Walker/cane. The manager should put a picture of that gate showing that it’s easy to get to the beach. The other thing we were pleased to find that the big bedroom downstairs has 3 twin beds instead of the two communication with Managment was excellent. There was a little problem with the door alarm but they came within 10 mins to fix it. We hope to come back next year!

This is an incredible home. We did a week girls trip and the time flew by because every morning you have coffee on the patio and listen and watch the waves roll in! Don’t pass this house up! Location Location can’t be beat Thanks to all staff who work at Caribe and Ryan

On the BEACH!!

We loved it so much we stayed extra nights! The owner reached out by text on arrival day to assure we were well accommodated. Was also quick to reply to text question. Pool was wonderful and clean. Loved the beach chair set up everyday and the private ( neighborhood only) beach. The house was clean. Beach towels were provided. Extra blankets were in closet. Loved the gas range. Very quiet gated neighborhood with a very active Courtesy Patrol officer. Best of all though was the view from the living room , porch, and pool deck. Definitely recommend

Amazing location, quiet beach front & pool overlooking the ocean

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was hesitant to rent this place at first, it looked slightly dated but I am SO glad I did. Location is perfect, super close to Sandestin resort for the Wharf and restaurants and also all the shopping at Grand Boulevard. Each bedroom has it’s own private bathroom and the beds were beyond comfy. Speaking of comfy, that couch is a snoozer after a long day on the beach. The beach is the best part, it was like it was our own. I searched forever to make sure there wasn’t hundreds of people on the beach like the big condos have. The pool is the perfect space to end the day too, I loved soaking in the evenings and still getting to see and hear the waves. The boardwalk is right there and I was worried it would be awkward being right next to it, that was not the case, people didn’t even see us hanging out on the covered patio. Super quiet gated area too. You will love this place. We have stayed in condos, townhomes and other homes and this one is our favorite.

Great Location

Great location with easy access to the beach. Loved the gated neighborhood. Kitchen and pantry were smaller than I expected and the house could use some cosmetic updates but other than that we had a great time!
