This property is located in the prestigious Park Ave neighborhood. It’s a short walk or drive to many local coffee shops, bars, restaurants, museums, parks and much more. Great walking neighborhood too!!



Other Things to Note:

I do charge an extra pet fee per pet. Please message me via the Airbnb all to discuss the additional charge. I don’t allow any parties or events at all.

I live about 15 minutes away but am usually available immediately via cell phone call or text.
