- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras located on the back door and front porch, facing outward. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. They will record when they first sense motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected
- This property’s WiFi can be spotty at times
- The property comfortably accommodates 9 guests in 5 beds and 2 futons, but the maximum occupancy is flexible up to 14 with the use of the twin rollaway, 2 full air mattresses, and 1 twin air mattress
- There is a cat and dog living on-site in the basement; however, the home is safe for guests with allergies. The cat never enters the unit or shared space. For guests with severe allergies, the rugs can be removed. The dog is a chocolate Labrador retriever and is only outside 3 times a day on a leash
