With multiple private accommodations, peaceful wooded surroundings, inviting outdoor spaces, and a dedicated Gathering Room, the retreat offers the perfect balance of connection, comfort, and privacy.

Your booking includes exclusive access to The Homestead, Chardonnay Cabin, Cabernet Cabin, the Bathhouse, and the Gathering Room — all thoughtfully arranged throughout the retreat grounds to create a peaceful and memorable guest experience.

The Homestead (Main House)

Completely renovated in 2025, The Homestead blends modern comfort with warm Southern charm. The home features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, including a spacious master suite with a king bed and large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed and comfortable accommodations for additional guests.

Guests can enjoy luxury linens, a fully appointed kitchen, inviting living spaces, an indoor gas fireplace, and private outdoor seating featuring a propane fire pit, covered dining area, porch swing, and relaxing lounge seating — perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the wineries and beauty of the Yadkin Valley.

Chardonnay Cabin

Located in the wooded retreat area behind the main home, Chardonnay Cabin offers a cozy and private getaway experience. This detached cabin features a queen Murphy bed, TV, coffee maker, mini fridge, mini-split heating and air system, rocking chairs, and peaceful outdoor seating for relaxing mornings and evenings.

Cabernet Cabin

Cabernet Cabin provides additional private accommodations ideal for extra guests or families. The cabin features two twin beds with a trundle, TV, coffee maker, mini fridge, mini-split heating and air, rocking chairs, and peaceful wooded surroundings designed for quiet relaxation.

The cabins and Gathering Room are accessed through their own separate driveway entrance, creating a more private retreat-style setting while still remaining conveniently close to The Homestead.

Bathhouse

A dedicated bathhouse serves both cabins and includes two private full bathrooms with showers, heating and air, and modern comforts. Please note that guests staying in the cabins will take a short outdoor walk to access the bathhouse.

Gathering Room & Outdoor Spaces

The Gathering Room serves as the heart of Swan Creek Retreat and was designed with connection and shared experiences in mind. Guests can enjoy a full kitchen, Blackstone grill, outdoor dining spaces, bar seating, rocking chairs, and covered open-air gathering areas perfect for meals, conversation, and memorable evenings together.

Throughout the retreat, guests will find multiple outdoor gathering spaces, including three fire pit areas, peaceful porches, covered seating areas, and relaxing wooded surroundings designed to encourage guests to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the experience together.

The Gathering Room may also be reserved for intimate celebrations or special occasions, with approval for outside guests when arranged in advance.
