Adorable cabin and very comfortable. Plenty of space for the five of us. The setting on the river a bonus as well. Owner was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Would definitely stay here again.
We had an amazing time! This place was very secluded, it was perfect for a stress free escape. The owner is close by and very responsive. We will definitely be planning another trip to this house. Just donât forget shampoo and conditioner!
Nicely designed and built cabin. Very clean and quiet and private, with a great view of the river. Convenient to all of the many wineries in the Yadkin Valley. Perhaps my favorite vacation rental ever.
Where do we begin? The views are absolutely beautiful everything from the sunrise to sunset and the sky full of stars. The place has everything you could possibly need. We felt at home and we were comfortable the whole time.
This property is absolutely gorgeous. We were awe struck with the craftsmanship that went into building this cozy cabin. You can tell our host put alot of love and heart into the whole experience.
This was perfect for our girls getaway! The cabin was very clean and comfortable. Our host was excellent, sharing some of the house of the farmland, and quick to respond to any questions. Sitting out on the deck and listening to the river was pure bliss. Definitely planning a return girls trip.
Loved our weekend stay at this somewhat remote, off-the-beaten path cabin (donât worry, the wifi worked great!). The view of the river from the porch was spectacular and the property was well-maintained and clean.
First vacation in decades. First Vrbo experience. Personable host. Attractive, well-maintained cabin in nice setting. Dirty refrigerator/freezer. Plastic bags (filled with trash/recycling?) lying outdoors on upper deck. No wash clothes (although indicated in binder). One potholder, a small sponge, and paper towels but no dish drying towel in kitchen. Messy collection of opened condiments in cabinets (also messy) and refrigerator. Photos available. Very limited number of trash cans. No tissue boxes. No shelving for toiletries in the main floor bathroom, except a recessed toilet paper shelf in a lower cabinet. Unable to move bedroom t.v. into comfortable viewing position. Suggest host lock family items in a cabinet or closet for personal use and discard or donate non-essential items (e.g., condiments) that renters leave behind. Suggest improving quality of cookware items. Reminded of Goodwill cookware items: useable but often cheap. Due primarily to the kitchen, the cost of the rental was not commensurate with the experience despite the personableness of the owner and the niceness of the cabin itself. Solutions are simple. I sympathize with any difficulties that might be encountered with renters who might not respect such a nice cabin.
Beautiful cabin and setting. Right by the river, spotless, and with amenities galore. Would book again without reservations (see what I did there???). Dad jokes aside, we loved this property, and you will too.
