There is an active construction site across the street, visible from the balcony, with typical construction activity on weekdays during daytime hours. The building is also located in the heart of Wynwood's nightlife district, so you may hear city sounds (music, traffic) in the evenings, especially on weekends. Light sleepers: we recommend packing earplugs. If you're coming to enjoy Wynwood's energy, art, and restaurants you're in the perfect spot! 🎨🌆

Sanitization: The apartment is professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to every reservation to ensure a safe and pristine environment for your stay.

Tropical Climate: This property receives professional pest control treatments monthly. However, due to Miami’s hot, humid, and tropical weather, it is still possible to occasionally encounter native insects despite our strict maintenance.
