THE PROPERTY
This lake home features 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Full), 3 bathrooms and is enjoyable for the summer and fall. There is a pier to bring your boat or jet ski. The pier has two spots to anchor your boat/ski, L-shaped, one 20 feet and the other 12 feet. The home features an outdoor 3 to 10 feet in-ground ladder accessed pool (not heated) with patio table/chairs, 2 grills (gas and charcoal), and plenty of seating options. The large lawn is on a hill which provides extra fun for kids and evening fire and smores!! Swim at your own risk for both pool and lake. No glass or breakable items allowed around pool area.

THE HOUSE: The split-level 1965 home has calming views of the pool and lake on both levels. It is recently updated. The lower-level includes the living room with doors leading to the pool and includes the kitchen, which has granite countertops with plenty of room for multiple cooks and leads to the dining area. There are two large sofas, both view the 65” Smart TV to enjoy after a day on the lake and hanging by the pool. One sofa and chairs serves as a banguette for dining. Also, on the first floor is a bathroom with a shower that has direct access to the outdoor pool area.

The upper level features the 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom has an on-suite bathroom. The larger guest room has a queen size murphy bed and room for a pack-and-play or air mattress (included) to serve as a family room.

Outdoor, there is a large backyard (not fenced) for fun, a firepit and the pier. There are four kayaks with life jackets, which are mandatory to wear if using the kayaks. Lake rules must be observed with any boating device. You can fish off the pier or bring your own boat for perch, walleyes, bass, pan-fish and more.


The house is located less than 10 minutes away from downtown Antioch which features great coffee shops, dining, shopping (Walmart, Menards, Jewel.), and farmers market on Thursday evenings. The house is 10 minutes from many tasty supper clubs/bars and golf. It is 20 minutes away from Kenosha area, 28 minutes to Six Flags. 45 minutes to Milwaukee, and 1 hour to Chicago. Other lakes, hiking, biking, and tubing are within 15 minutes of this location, including Boundless Adventures/Pringle Nature Center/Bristol Woods.
