**This home is a Duplex. The East side of this home is a private residence.

**POOL HEATING FEE: Pool heating is recommended for our cooler months from November through April. If opted for, pool heating fee is $50 per night of the reservation. Pool will be set on heat the day of your arrival and ready to enjoy. Pool temperature is set to 90 degrees. The temperature of the water depends on the outside and ground temperatures.

**Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores.

**WINTER MONTHLY RESERVATIONS/ SNOWBIRDS (November, December, January & February) We prefer full-month reservations mainly during January and February. To get your accurate quote, please set your dates to reflect the Check-In date as the First of the month and Check-out date the First of the following month. If you need monthly rates for November and/ or December, please inquire. Monthly restrictions on January and February will be removed by November 30th if homes are not reserved.

**Admin Fee and Processing (credit card) fee are non-refundable after booking.

Parking Is Free under the home, up to 6 small cars or 4 large vehicles. The East side of this home is a private residence and may be occupied periodically. Please do not block driveway or access to East side or you will be towed at your expense.
No Pets.
No Smoking/Vaping indoors or on balconies.
Must be 25+ to book and stay. Strictly enforced.
