Guest Access:

We offer self check-in. You will receive an access code so you can enter at your convenience within the established check-in hours, with no waiting. We do not keep permanent staff on site, but we are always available by message during your stay.

The Hotel Zone location offers easy access to transportation.



- Nearby bus stops connect directly to downtown and other key areas.

- Taxis and ride-sharing apps like Uber are readily available.

- Complimentary parking is available within the complex.

- Cancun International Airport (CUN) is about a 20-30 minute drive depending on traffic.



Other Things to Note:

- Good neighbor policy applies. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

- No smoking anywhere on the premises.

- Before arrival, we request a photo ID for each guest and signature of the condominium regulations, to comply with building rules.

- You may encounter local wildlife (birds, geckos, small animals). Please respect them and avoid leaving food outdoors.

- Your stay includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities. Extra cleaning or restocking is available for an additional cost.

- For proper A/C function, keep doors and windows closed while it runs and do not set below 21C.

- Pools, gym, padel courts and playground are shared amenities of the complex.
