Apartment with a private beach and a spectacular view of the Mexican Caribbean. It has a terrace, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is fully furnished. Enjoy an incredible 70-meter-long pool, spacious gardens and restaurant service at the pool, ideal for relaxing and living an unforgettable experience.
Let yourself be enveloped by the sea breeze and the radiant sun in this coastal paradise. Relax on the terrace with a view of the sea, sunbathe on the golden sand or simply disconnect in a privileged environment.
The apartment is fully furnished and decorated, offering a comfortable and functional space with 3 bedrooms.
- Master bedroom: King size bed, walk-in closet and private bathroom.
- Second bedroom: Queen size bed and closet.
- Third bedroom: Two double beds and one single bed.
- Bathrooms: The two secondary bedrooms share a bathroom.
It has air conditioning, fans, Wi-Fi and cable TV in two bedrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, pots, pans and a toaster.
In addition, it has a washing machine, dryer and iron (soap and fabric softener not included).
The property has 24/7 security and two designated parking spaces.
It has the largest pool in Cancun, 70 meters long facing the Mexican Caribbean in the beach area. This area has a restaurant, large gardens with grills to cook whatever you like.
Before your arrival, we will ask you for a passport photo or identification of each of the guests who will be staying and to sign the condominium regulations to have a good coexistence with the neighbors.
We would be happy to send you an invoice for your stay. Just write us via chat and we will send it to you.
Your stay includes one cleaning before your arrival and one at the end of your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, we will be happy to arrange this for an extra cost. We just need you to let us know in advance so we can schedule it.
We ask you to follow the rules for a better coexistence with the neighbors and the entire environment:
- The reservation is only for registered guests, no visits or extra guests, or pets are allowed.
- Please do not smoke inside the property or consume illegal substances.
- The use of speakers is only inside the property, during the day, at a moderate volume and with doors and windows closed.
- Please do not use the towels to clean your makeup or sunscreen.
- The toilets in the area do not support papers inside the bowl and also to take care of the environment we ask you not to throw them or any other object because it can get clogged and pollute a lot.
- We are not allowed to hang towels or clothes on balconies or windows in view of the neighbors.
- We ask you not to leave trash in common areas or outside the apartment, if you do not know where to throw the trash please ask us.
- Respect the speed limits to get to the property.
- The swimsuit is mandatory to use the pool. The schedule is from 8 am to 8 pm.
- We are not allowed to bring food, glass containers or glasses, cigarettes and balloons into the pool area.
⚠️ IMPORTANT:
- Replacement for lost keys, cards, bracelets, parking cards or towels has a cost of $20 US each.
- For each rule that is not followed, the condominium or the neighborhood committee can charge up to $200 usd of penalty or call the police for eviction due to bad behavior.
- Reservations of 7 nights or more include only 20kw of electricity per night. Excessive consumption will have a cost of $5 pesos per extra kw. With responsible use, it should not be exceeded.
- You have total privacy in the property, however if there is any cause of force majeure where we have to access, we would let you know in advance (floods, leaks, fire, etc.)
