Inside, soaring windows flood the home with natural light, creating a bright, airy atmosphere that instantly puts you on 'vacation time.' Bring your gear and your sense of adventure! As our guest, you are just moments away from: Water Access: Explore the local waterways via the community boat ramp (daily/weekly access available for a small fee). Fishing & Crabbing: Drop a line or a crab pot nearby and experience the bounty of the bay. Kayaking: Paddle through the serene coastal waters at your own pace. Community Perks: Your stay includes 6 complimentary pool passes to the sparkling community pool (Open Memorial Day to Labor Day). Enjoy on-site tennis and basketball courts for some friendly competition. The home is fully equipped to handle a crowd of up to 11 guests. Chef’s Kitchen: Modern appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher) make post-adventure meal prep a breeze. Lots of games available and a clean home, we cooked, played pip pong and so many other games. We did not let the rainy weather bring us down. Loved it!!!

We loved the location, the outdoor deck space was amazing, we felt it was a great value. Loved the storage garage that had an extra refrigerator/freezer, and tons of games for kids. It is a well used property. It was clean. Liked the 1st floor entrance, and the large living room. We would definitely stay here again

Great property for adult extended families with plenty of parking and areas to get some separation when desired. The garage play space is excellent!! The neighborhood is lovely to walk ( there are roads and shaded walking paths). We didn’t bring our boat but 50 to use launch for a week is a steal. The marina is well kept. Would definitely return here!!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a great price, great location, and the house had a really nice setup. We especially loved the game room in the garage and the large second-floor porch with the fire pit.We had a small issue at check-in because the neighborhood gate code wasn’t provided, but the hosts responded quickly and got it resolved. Communication was A throughout the stay—they checked in with us and made sure we had everything we needed.The house could have been a little cleaner, as there was some clutter and dog hair, but nothing crazy. A cabinet facade also fell off when we closed the cabinet and appeared to have been previously broken and glued back on.Overall, the good definitely outweighed these minor issues. We loved the house and community and had a great stay!

Great place to stay

We booked last minute because of a last minute schedule change and we had zero issues! Plenty of room to spread out. We stayed with our family, my brother and our parents. The kids had the whole downstairs to play while the adults relaxed upstairs. Community pool was relaxing and they even have adult swim. THATS A WIN FOR ME.

This was an overall excellent property. Everything was wonderful for my family and me. We would come back for sure. Our only two concerns was that the homes original heating syatem was still in place, though not functional. It was at child level and had physical equipment attached to walls that didn’t but could have cause minir cuts and scraps. The scond less important and just as concerning is the bits of trash and pet hair in between all the couch cusions and couch frames and trash in the outdoor screened in patio, If that is missed what else is overlooked.
