There is also a rec center nearby for added entertainment. This unbeatable location situates you near great attractions, including Sun Outdoors Frontier Town Western Theme Park, Assateague State Park, Assateague Island National Park, Trimper Rides of Ocean City, Ocean City Boardwalk, Eagle's Landing Golf Course, and more. This bay-view charmer enjoys a bright and sunny open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one entertaining space. Spend tranquil and memorable evenings curling up on the sofa streaming your favorite series and movies on the smart TV or playing entertaining board games with your family. When mealtime comes, surprise everyone with a savory homemade meal prepared in the well-appointed kitchen. Coffee enthusiasts will love the two coffee makers available. Sliding glass doors will lead you to the private patio with sweeping bay views along with a gas grill - the perfect set up for summertime cookouts! In addition to all these incredible amenities, you are also granted access to community amenities including two community outdoor pools, a basketball court, a volleyball court, and a crabbing pier into the bay, as well as activities including community fishing. Beautiful View of the Bay

The location was nice, view was lovely. The things that are preventing me from rating this stay higher: the lack of clarity for check in(had no idea we needed a gate key to enter, we had to find someone to let us in); the overwhelming smell of cat pee in the unit(it truly made us nauseous); the patio funiture is way past its prime, rusted and paint flaking off and sun faded; grill not cleaned.

Little gem

This cute little house was close to Berlin, which has some of our favorite restaurants and Assateague Island, which is our favorite beach. We had three adult adults and it was the perfect size for us. Property was clean and well-maintained. The community is quite well-maintained with many amenities. Will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect beach house on the bay

Great place to stay! Impeccably clean and spacious with plenty of towels, soaps, tide pods ect. The views of the bay are unbeatable and everyone in the community is extremely friendly and welcoming. Only a 5 minute drive to the Assateague National Seashore and an easy 10 minute drive to the charming town of Berlin. This was a perfect place for our family of four and we are looking forward to staying again next summer!

Nice home, great location

This is a very nicely updated home with beautiful waterfront views. We’ve stayed in this community before and this is the nicest home we have stayed in. Comfortable furniture and beds, and having a dishwasher was another nice plus compared to other houses in the community. Very convenient community to the Assateague parks and Ocean City.

Perfect getaway

This home was surprisingly spacious! We had lots of room to settle in and the kids had space to play. It was very clean and had plenty of kitchen items, towels, and other amenities that made the stay very comfortable. The view from the back was absolutely beautiful. Would definitely rent again!

Beautiful home for our short stay

We love staying here at asseteague point. We have stayed 3 years in a row now but it's always been a different home in the community. We feel like this home particular has been our best stay. Everything in the home felt new and updated. We would love to stay here again and are already planning our next trip.
