The Space:

Sunset Island is a premier vacation destination located on 37 acres in Ocean City, right on the bay. This luxurious three-bedroom, two-bath home is wonderfully equipped with all the modern conveniences needed for the family vacation experience. You'll be located just two blocks from the ocean. You'll also have access to a private bayside beach, an interactive fountain, the Clubhouse which includes a fitness center, a library, locker rooms, an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, and a baby wading pool, plus walking trails and a crabbing/fishing pier. Things to Know Condo package pricing (each condo package has an additional $15 fee paid to the condo association): A building registration fee includes six facility passes and two parking passes. Additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week. Children three and under do not require a facility pass.The fees are the following: (Each Condo Package will also have an additional $15.00 surcharge that is paid to the Condo Association): Winter (January 1 - April 30, and October 1 – December 31) = $75. Spring (May 1- May 23) = $110. Summer season (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 24 to Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 12) = $150. Fall (September 13 - September 30) = $110. Occupancy limits strictly enforced by the community. This unit features access to a private bayside beach, clubhouse, fitness center, library, locker rooms, indoor pool, outdoor pool, baby wading pool, walking trails, and a crabbing/fishing pier. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
