That’s where Bella Mar A comes in - an absolutely breathtaking Townhome just a few short steps from the Beach! Sleeping up to 12 in 4 spacious Bedrooms on 3 Levels. We think you’ll find this to be the perfect Vacation Destination for any large family.

After a fun-filled day at the Beach, kick back and relax in the beautifully furnished and wide-open Living Area with Free WiFi and Flat Screen Streaming TV. Wood tones, bright pops of coral, and tropical decor are sure to give you that beachy feeling. With soaring ceilings and bountiful natural light, it’s a wonderful place to spend time with those who matter most.

With a reverse floor plan, the open layout allows everyone to be together without ever feeling crowded. The Living Area is on the 3rd of 4 beautifully furnished floors, which allows for some lovely Views of the Bay and Ocean. Slip out to one of multiple balconies and take in that salty, sweet ocean air. Whether it’s cozying up with a good book while listening to the ocean sing, or relaxing with a glass of wine and watching the stars dance on the water, with balconies on each level, you are sure to find just the right spot for whatever your heart desires!

Just off the Living Area, you’ll find the Well-Stocked Kitchen and Dining Area. The Chef in your family will love this well-equipped Kitchen, with ample stunning Countertop space. There is seating for 8 at the Dining Table, and 3 at the Breakfast Bar. Not one to cook on Vacation? No worries, you have some fantastic dining options just a short stroll away.

As you wander from the 1st Floor Foyer to the 2nd Floor (each flight of stairs has 15 steps), you will find 2 Bedrooms, a Full Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, and the Laundry Area. Bedroom 2 has a Pyramid Bunk, and Bedroom 3 has a comfy Queen Bed, and Flat Screen TV.

The 3rd Floor is home to the Living Area, Kitchen, and Dining Area - plenty of space to relax, rejuvenate, and take in those lovely Views. You will love spending time here….

Wandering upstairs to the 4th Floor, you’ll find Bedrooms 1 and 2, the Primary Bedroom and Junior Primary Bedroom. The Primary Bedroom feels like paradise with calming greens and gorgeous ocean views. This large room will comfortably sleep 3 with a Queen and Twin Bed, as well as a Flat Screen TV, and Private Balcony access - perfect for slipping out for a morning coffee and watching the sun come up over Mother Ocean. The Primary Bathroom completes this 4th Floor paradise with its’ custom tiled Walk-in Shower. Bedroom 4, the Junior Suite, is sure to be a calm and cozy retreat with a Queen Bed, Flat Screen TV, and abundance of natural light. The Attached Bath also has a Walk-in Shower.

This unique, low-rise building offers 2 designated off-street parking spaces, with one being under the cover of the building! There is also plenty of free street parking available on a first come, first serve basis, just in front of the building!

**Please note that Bella Mar A does NOT have an elevator and does require climbing 4 flights of stairs. There are 2 assigned parking spaces, 1 is under the building.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
