The Space:

In this bayside location in North Ocean City, you'll find the relaxing escape you've been searching for! This air-conditioned townhouse has been updated for 2025, including new siding, new stainless steel kitchen appliances, a new washer/dryer, and a refreshed laundry area. Both bathrooms were remodeled in 2026! The deck furniture is made of long-lasting composite material and includes a large umbrella for shade on sunny days. Other amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, a private washer/dryer, and flat-screen TVs in the living room, bedrooms, and loft. You'll also enjoy access to two shared swimming pools. Here in North Ocean City, you'll be close to the beach (two blocks east), groceries, restaurants, miniature golf, Northside Park, and so much more! Things to Know Full kitchen The loft has a double bed No pets and no smoking allowed Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Location was convenient to everything and there was so much to do around the condo and we loved being able to come back from the beach and go to the pool

Overall positive experience

Code didn’t work to the door, but Vacasa staff member was super helpful in unlocking quickly. Place was clean and equipped with games, toys, and items for the beach!

Great, quiet location

This rental was great! We hope it is available the next time we plan to visit OC MD. The neighborhood is quiet and yet nicely located to many places. It was clean and quickly felt like home. Highly recommend.

Very cozy place- clean and comfortable-every thing worked perfectly- walked from the unit to the bay- then the walk from bay to ocean was about 5 minutes! Great location- only complaint was we had to go home :-(

Great Stay

The property was true to the online photos. Amply stocked kitchen, conventional board games and video game systems. There were a few beach chairs in the garage that we were able to take to the beach. Conveniently located. Only issue was the check-in agent gave us the wrong pool key but would definitely book again.

Decent weekend retreat

The house is in a good location for North OCMD. About a block from the bay, and 2 blocks to the beach. Walking distance to a number of restaurants, stores (food lion around the corner), and some entertainment (we enjoyed alley oop). The community pool was right across the street which was convenient. There was a second indoor pool, but we didn’t have the time to check that out. The cons: 2 rolls of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels for 8 people for an entire weekend. Some of the games provided were missing a lot of pieces. The garage was a bit tight as there was a mattress and some old chairs/umbrellas packed in. Overall, I’d definitely stay again. Tips: Bring extra toilet paper/paper towels. I also brought detergent and softener which was a lifesaver for towels/washcloths as they don’t restock during the trip. Stop at Food Lion when you arrive, it will save a bunch of money!

It was fine

The house and location overall was fine. We were not happy with the cleanliness of the home. The floor was filthy, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and the washer didn’t work for two days. We called to let them know and apparently they had it noted from the previous users but didn’t tell us. So it appeared that they were hoping we wouldn’t notice?? I talked to Vacasa and spoke to a couple of people saying they would do something but haven’t. So I am leaving a poor review.
