Welcome to Cape Escape, a stylish, dog-friendly Cape Coral retreat designed for relaxing pool days, family time, and easy Florida living. With three bedrooms and two separate living spaces, this inviting home gives families and friends plenty of room to spread out while enjoying their getaway together.



The screened lanai is the perfect place to unwind, featuring a private heated pool, comfortable loungers, a covered outdoor dining area with seating for eight, and an outdoor bar. The fully fenced backyard offers space for kids and your four-legged companions to play, while the propane grill makes poolside cookouts and casual dinners a breeze.



Inside, the galley-style kitchen features stainless steel appliances, cookware, and essentials for preparing meals. Please note that the kitchen does not have a dishwasher. After a day in the Florida sunshine, relax in either of the comfortable living areas or retreat to one of three bedrooms, each with its own Smart TV. The primary suite also features a private en-suite bathroom.



When you're ready to explore, you'll find shopping, dining, and entertainment just a short drive away, along with easy access to Fort Myers and the beautiful Gulf Coast beaches. Pool Heating Terms & Conditions



Pool heating is available October 1 through May 1 for an additional fee of $32 per day, plus tax. Guests must contact VueStay at least 72 hours before arrival to request pool heat.



The pool uses an electric heater that relies on outdoor air temperatures. Under favorable conditions, the heater can generally warm the pool to approximately 20°F above the outside air temperature. Pool heating is weather-dependent, and a specific pool temperature, including 85°F, is not guaranteed.



When outdoor temperatures drop to approximately 55°F or below, the heater may not operate. During cold fronts and cooler periods, particularly from December through February, the pool may take longer to warm or may not reach or maintain a comfortable swimming temperature.



Outdoor temperatures, overnight lows, wind, rain, and other weather conditions can affect heating performance. Pool heating fees apply once the service is requested, regardless of weather conditions or the temperature the pool ultimately reaches.

We strongly recommend checking the Cape Coral weather forecast shortly before your stay before deciding whether to purchase pool heat. Although Southwest Florida is generally warm, cold fronts can bring significantly lower temperatures, especially from December through February, reducing the heater's effectiveness.



Please understand that adding pool heat does not guarantee a particular water temperature. By requesting this service, guests acknowledge that pool heating performance depends on weather conditions and that the pool may not reach or maintain the desired temperature during cooler periods.
