Conveniently located in the Yacht Club area, it's just a bike ride away from beaches, restaurants, downtown, and more. Ideal for exploring Cape Coral or venturing to Fort Myers, Sanibel, or Naples. Relax with 3 bedrooms, full-size washer/dryer, a roomy patio for entertaining, and a heated pool for refreshing dips. Pets are warmly welcomed!

Beautiful escape

My family members enjoyed their stay immensely. From the pool to decor; it is a great home. The kitchen is beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed celebrating our son’s graduation and having the perfect space to do so with family. Lori, thank you again for the consistent communication and beautiful space. We look forward to booking again in the future.

Great landing spot

We didn’t spend a ton of time in the house, but when we did it was perfect for us. We really appreciated how clean and organized everything was. I also appreciated how easy it was to come and go with the entry code. Would definitely stay here again!

Great communication with the property owner. Interior of home is beyond cute. They’ve really done nice things with the property. Love the bonus goodies and having the kitchen labeled where everything is!

Great place to stay

We had a wonderful time. Traveling with small children can be tough. There were toys at the house. And the house was set up perfectly for a family. We loved the updated appliances and all the coffee possibilities!

Perfect Location

Lori was an amazing host and got back with me very quickly with any and all questions or concerns. The house was great and the yard was perfect for our dog. The neighborhood was very quiet and great for taking evening walks with our dog. Would recommend this home to anyone.

Nice home.

Overall, this was a beautiful renovated and up-to-date property. The inside of the home shined bright with updated appliances, a beautiful kitchen and cozy bedrooms. Unfortunately the backyard needed some TLC. The pool liner needs replaced and upon arrival, we noticed one of the two lounge chairs were broken. As we are visiting from out of state we were most excited to enjoy the pool. We notified the host right away and she filed a claim with the mandatory insurance we had to purchase for the property. The Location of the property was in a quiet neighborhood and easy to access to get to Fort Myers and Cape Coral.

Terrible location, no hot water, blue paint from pool got on our bodies and swimsuits

Property was nicely decorated, as soon as my kids got in the pool, they were covered in blue paint, showers were terrible, no water pressure in master bathroom, floors were very dirty with hair everywhere, 4th day, there was no hot water,and didn’t have any the rest of the vacation, left early, contractor came and said the tankless system is too small for the house, dishwasher was very loud, neighbors had loud music the first 2 nights and we had to call the police to get them to shut off their music. While the owner was quick to respond, she was also rude that we were upset that we didn’t have hot water, saying it’s not her fault. The contractor that came to fix it, told us it’s because the system they put in is too small for the house and has happened before. VRBO should not allow such a property to be rented until fixed.

Wonderful stay!

We were in the area for a baseball tournament being held in the Fort Myers area. This house was a perfect location to all the fields we needed to be at - all within a 20 minute drive. The home was very clean and had amazing modern upgrades - the kitchen was a thing of my dreams! Although we didn't use it much, the pool and backyard area was wonderful. The owners were always quick to send information or reply to a message. We will definitely try booking next time we're in the area!

Comfortable, relaxing house

We loved our stay at the beach house. It is located in a great location. Beach was only a couple minute drive or 20 minute walk with sidewalks available to walk on. Also close to grocery stores and restaurants and shops. Our family enjoyed relaxing by the pool, in the living room as well prepping and eating meals together at the long counter. There are lots of board games to play and puzzles. My youngest enjoy finding some toys and coloring books as well. The pool was clean and had some fun tubes and chairs to use in it. The pool is heated so was comfortable to swim in. One thing to be aware of is the heat doesn’t kick on until 11am so early morning swimming isnt an option if there when the nights are cool/cold. Mid afternoon to evening is when we were able to swim comfortably.

Absolutely perfect for family vacation

Small town tgat has plenty to do with the busy hassles of other cities so location was perfect the house was just perfect. Had everything we needed except washcloths but close to dollar store so no biggie. Plenty of space very clean n the pool was highlight for kids. The outdoor area is just super relaxing. Nice neighbors and host is great with helping out with any questions i had. A FAVORITE forsure

Great place

Very nice house, the place was well furnished, up to date and, most importantly, clean. When we return to the Cape Coral/Fort Meyers area, this will definitely be our first choice. It was located a short drive to many nice restaurants, beaches and shops. The outdoor area with the pool was especially nice.

Relaxing, Clean and Quiet

This was a wonderful place to stay! The house is very clean and has such a relaxing feel. The back yard and pool area are beautiful and a perfect place to spend time together. It’s located in a very nice quiet neighborhood. The hosts have provided so many welcoming touches and are very responsive. We have stayed in many VRBOs and this is definitely one of our favorites!
