With its expansive lanai, heated pool, and direct access to the Gulf via a private dock, you'll enjoy endless opportunities for fishing and boating adventures. The property boasts a spacious 2,424 sq. ft. of living space, featuring 3 bedrooms + den and 2 bathrooms, ensuring there's ample room for you and your guests to unwind.
Inside, you'll find a beautifully appointed chef’s kitchen that serves as the heart of the home. It features granite countertops and ample seating for family gatherings. The 4-pocketing sliding doors seamlessly connect indoor and outdoor living spaces. The primary suite is a haven of relaxation, with a spacious bedroom that opens onto the lanai.

- Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, private full bathroom with a soaking tub and huge walk-in shower
- 2nd Bedroom: King-size bed
- 3rd Bedroom: Queen-size bed
