Cherry Lane sits in the heart of CBS trail country. Right outside your door:

✔️ Manuels River Trailway — an easy, family-friendly walk along one of Newfoundland`s most scenic river valleys, known for its ancient fossils, birdlife, and peaceful riverside paths
✔️ CBS T`Railway (Manuels to Holyrood) — an 18km multi-use trail tracing the old Newfoundland Railway through coastal stretches, wooded areas, and open farmland
✔️ A short walk to the end of Cherry Lane puts you at the coastline with views of Conception Bay
✔️ St. John`s, Signal Hill, and the rest of the Avalon Peninsula are all within easy reach — a car is recommended for getting around

Please Note:

Accessibility: The side door on the right of the home is the primary entry, with four steps up to the deck. The back door opens onto the same deck, and it`s another four steps down into the backyard. The front door has five steps. On the first floor you`ll find the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and a half bath, along with one bedroom with a queen bed. On the second floor is the master bedroom, the third bedroom, a full bath and the office.

To help ensure a smooth and worry-free stay, a fully refundable damage-deposit hold of $250 may be placed on your card shortly after arrival. This is only a pre-authorization (not a charge), and it’s automatically released within 5 business days of checkout, as long as everything is left in good shape, which is almost always the case. In the rare situation where something is damaged, only the actual cost of the damage would be deducted from the hold, and nothing more.

For cancellations, please be aware that once a cancellation request has been made, a 4% processing fee incurred during the booking of your stay will be deducted from the refund issued.
