Belle, spacieuse, appartement de trois chambres donnant sur les eaux pittoresques de Conception Bay. SituĂ© Ă  Middle Arm Ă  Avondale Ă  Terre-Neuve, ces logements sont parfaits pour les amateurs de plein air. Faire du kayak, faire de la randonnĂ©e, tremper dans le bain Ă  remous ou profiter du sauna avant un feu nocturne et se rassembler dans la cuisine. Nous disposons Ă©galement de deux appartements d'une chambre. À seulement 40 minutes de l'aĂ©roport et du centre-ville de St. John's.

We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the bayside view and quiet retreat. Hot tub was fun and table under the deck made it so we could eat outside when there was a light rain.

Enjoyed the outdoor space immensely. Some of the outdoor equipment is old and not operable which was unfortunate as we were excited to be on the water. For the cost this was a bit disappointing. Nonetheless, it feels like the space has had many years of visitors and fun!

This place was amazing! Right on the water and so many amenities included. We loved the fire pit and covered table for eating outside. It was truly a great experience!!

We loved this quiet corner of Conception Bay. We enjoyed the kayaks, hot tub and all their spots to sit and enjoy the cove. It is even prettier than the pictures posted online. With the grill access and stocked kitchen, we had an easy time prepping meals for our family.

This property is beautiful and Crystal is a great host. We spent the weekend there on a girls trip for my friends bachelorette. Crystal was kind enough to offer the bride a honeymoon weekend as a wedding gift!

Paradise on the ocean❀

We booked Crysway by the Bay and our stay was spectacular. The apartment was clean, spacious and provided everything we could ever need. The cookhouse was amazing! We cooked all the fresh seafood you could imagine. The amenities were second to none, the view simply unimaginable and our hosts were very helpful and quick to respond to any requests we made. We would highly recommend this place. It was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle, but on the other hand we were only a short drive from the city. I would certainly stay again.

Great waterview property

We stayed for a week at this lovely lower-level walkout apartment in Avondale (roughly one hour from St. John's) and had a wonderful time. The apartment features three spacious bedrooms, a clean and functional kitchen, and a comfortable living room. The view and dock are stunning, complemented by well-maintained landscaping. There is plenty of seating, making it a perfect spot to spend the morning reading a book. The outdoor amenities (laundry, hot tub, sauna) on the property are shared with the kind owners who live above. Overall, we had a great experience.

Wonderful!

This was the perfect spot for exploring the middle arm area and still close to the city. When not off exploring, we had our own space to rest and make meals, access to kayaks to head out on the bay, and a hot tub. As soon as we left, I missed my peaceful mornings on the dock with my coffee. This place has everything needed and Crystal and Wayne were the ‘icing on the cake’ - that characteristic Newfoundland warmth that makes it feel as though you’re visiting old friends.

Our Stay

Due to flight cancellations, we arrived a day late. We attempted to contact the owner by text and phone in Canada, to explain our delay, but received no answer. Upon arrival, unable to work the door code, a neighbour assisted us by calling the owner to get instruction. The owner stated she never received our calls. We both called the same number. The washing machine and dryer were dirty, and there was not a file of house instructions or local information. We were disappointed the owner did not meet and greet us since she was on the premises part of the time we were there. In these circumstances, we would expect to receive a refund of one day’s accommodation.
