Welcome to your newly renovated mountain escape, a ground-floor corner unit offering enhanced privacy and direct mountain views, both inside and out. Located on the Village resort grounds, you are just one block from the Conference Centre and steps from the slopes. This retreat features a brand-new kitchen, appliances, and bathrooms, backing onto the 18th hole of Monterra Golf Course. Enjoy the year-round hot tub and summer pool, all while staying in the heart of the action.
The open-concept living area is bathed in natural light from expansive windows that offer views of the Monterra Golf Course. After a day of exploring, you can relax by the glow of the gas fireplace or enjoy a movie on the large TV. This ground-floor unit is designed with accessibility in mind, featuring beautiful wooden floors throughout and a senior-friendly layout. You can also enjoy the convenience of free Wi-Fi during your stay.
Kitchen and Dining
The sleek, modern kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances, crisp white marble-style countertops, and stylish sage cabinetry, making it a dream for home-cooked meals. Enjoy a dual-purpose Keurig coffee machine that offers both pod and carafe options; donât forget to bring your favorite coffee grinds or pods to enjoy the perfect morning brew. The sun-filled dining area features a large wooden table under a contemporary chandelier, flowing seamlessly through glass doors to a private corner patio. Outside, you will find a brand-new 3-burner BBQ perfect for a mountain-side cookout.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The newly renovated bedrooms and bathrooms provide a premium experience for every guest. To ensure everyone has their own space to unwind, there is a TV in every bedroom. The bathrooms are thoughtfully designed with grab bars in the shower and tub, along with a lower tub height than most standard units for easier access. For your convenience, an in-unit washer and dryer are available, though we ask that you bring your own detergent.
Bedroom 1: Queen bed, main floor
Bedroom 2: 2 Twin beds, main floor
Living area: Queen sofa bed, main floor
Resort Perks and Location
Rivergrass Pool and Hot Tub - POOL CLOSED FOR THE SEASON - HOT TUB OPEN YEAR-ROUND. The hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM for the pool and 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM for the hot tub.
If you plan to enjoy the pool, please bring beach towels! Kindly note that the shared pool area of this complex is not owned, managed or maintained by our team.
Being situated directly on the Village resort grounds means you are never far from the action. Guests have access to the complimentary shuttle bus, providing easy transportation to the Village and the private Blue Mountain Resort beach. Free parking is available in front of the unit on a first come, first served basis. No passes required!
1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The Management Company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered at the time of booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon with The Management Company.
2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older and be always present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
3) The Renter agrees to leave the property and surrender the keys/parking passes upon check-out. Any items not returned will result in forfeiture of appropriate portions of the damage deposit. Replacing each fob or pass will be 100 CAD.
4) The Renter agrees to remove all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles upon their departure, this includes all alcohol bottles. A breach of this policy will result in a forfeiture of 150 CAD retained from the damage deposit.
5) The Renter agrees to not smoke anywhere on the property. A breach of this policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit in full.
6) A cleaning charge is taken at the time of booking. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds, and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered required due to beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from the damage deposit at an hourly rate.
7) The Management Company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond its control.
8) If property damage occurs the Management Company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion to compensate the owner for costs incurred to repair or replace to like kind and quality.
9) The Renter hereby agrees and acquiesces to entry by the Management Company, the OPP or the Townâs Licensing Bylaw Officers because of noise violation, occupancy violation or any other reasonable purpose.
10) The Management Company will not be liable for any injury, illness or death of the Renter, his/her guests, visitors, or any other persons that are injured as a result of the renters occupancy or actions.
11) The Renter agrees not to sublease or assign the property without written permission from the Management Company.
12) The Renter agrees not to order any services or material on behalf of the Management Company. This will result in a partial or full forfeiture of the damage deposit.
13) The Renter agrees not to engage in any unlawful or irresponsible activities or behaviour during their rental period that may result in injury or damage to himself/herself, his/her co-renters, or any other persons on the property. Engaging in such activities could result in eviction without refund.
14) The Management Company hereby undertakes to exert their best effort to address and resolve any emergencies that occur during the rental period of the renter in a timely fashion that limits any inconvenience to the renter. If the emergency is not caused by the renter and it cannot be remedied in a timely fashion and the property cannot be used in an acceptable manner resulting in the renter vacating the property, then the Management Company agrees to refund all or part of the rental cost. Alternatively, the Management Company shall exert their best effort to provide a comparable property for use by the renter for the remaining duration of the rental period. The Management Company will not compensate the renter by paying for alternate accommodation.
15) The Renter hereby agrees to not emanate ANY noise that will disturb any neighboring people or property, at any time. The renter is accountable for any fines or levies placed on The Management Company or other, during stay, caused by excessive noise or any other prohibited act.
16) The Renter has read, acknowledged, and will abide by the below By-laws. The penalty for contravening any provision in this by-law is 650 CAD and will result in the loss of the renterâs damage deposit in its entirety. This is in addition to bearing responsibility for payment in full of any fines issued.
