Snowbridge is just a 2-minute drive, a 20-minute walk, or a quick shuttle ride from the heart of Blue Mountain Village, where you will find the ski hills, restaurants, shops, and more. The community offers a complimentary shuttle service to Blue Mountain Village, an outdoor swimming pool available during the summer months, and scenic walking trails with views of Blue Mountain for guests to enjoy during their stay.

The Space:
Welcome to "Out of the Blue," a charming chalet-style unit featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. Nestled against the picturesque Monterra Golf Course, this unit offers stunning views of Blue Mountain, making it an ideal retreat for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts.

The main living area features an open-concept design, perfect for entertaining family and friends. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen allows for effortless meal preparation, while the large dining table and bar area offer ample space for enjoying your culinary creations. After a day of adventure, unwind in the tranquil ambiance of the unit, where you can relax by the fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The comfortable couch conveniently converts into a pull-out bed with a memory foam mattress for additional sleeping arrangements. Step outside to your private patio, complete with seating and a BBQ grill, dining or simply soaking in the beautiful surroundings.

The master bedroom, located on the second floor, features a queen-size bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower and a luxurious standalone bathtub. The second bedroom, situated on the main floor, is furnished with two twin beds, making it ideal for children or additional guests. A second bathroom on the main floor includes a stand-up shower for added convenience.

Guests have access to the full condo with the exception of a locked owners closet.

There is a ski locker located outside the unit to store skis and snowboards during your stay. Please don't bring any equipment into the unit.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the Historic Snowbridge community surrounded by walking trails, the Monterra Golf Course and stunning million dollar homes. There is an Outdoor Seasonal Pool you can use in the summer which is within a 2 minute walk from the condo.

Getting Around:
Blue Mountain Village is accessible by free on demand 24/7 shuttle, 15-20 minute walk on dedicated pedestrian path or 2 minute drive. Downtown Collingwood and Downtown Thornbury are located within a 10-15 minute drive. A car is recommended.

Other Things to Note:
The seasonal outdoor pool is public spaces and shared with other guests staying at the resort.

Perfect Location

This unit is great! It was very clean with a bunch of room to spread out. The community pool is nice and was never too crowded - and it was only a short walk away. We loved being close to the resort also - just a quick drive and a bunch of fun stuff to do with great restaurants. We definitely would recommend this condo and hope to stay there again sometime.

Great stay in the Blue Mountains

Our family spent 3 days in this VRBO property. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The apartment was very well suited for our group of 5. The apartment was close to the slopes, and small details such as a well equipped kitchen, good beds, and a lightning fast internet added finishing touches to the package. Thank you!

Family Vacation

Everything about this place was perfect for us. A lot of room, nice balcony with a BBQ and sitting area. Place was very clean. The location is just perfect for anything you want to get done. Very close to the village, caves and suspension bridge. Close to the beach. My family was very happy with the place. Thank you for making our vacation a great one.

Amazing location

My friend and I stayed at this wonderful rental. It was a great location that was convenient to many ideal locations. You had the Blue Mountain village nearby with great restaurants and shops; the scenic caverns with incredible views; the Scandinavian Spa with great massages and pools as well as the lovely town of Collingwood just a few miles down the road. The rental itself was spacious and charming. It had all the amenities you could need (fully stocked kitchen, w/d, clean linen access to a community pool and a great balcony to enjoy the neighborhood). The hosts ere easy to contact with any questions and very responsive. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Blue Mountain stay

I received emails from the property manager but sent several emails back with questions and received no answer- the power went out and I emailed to ask who the provider of hydro was so I could try to find and update with no answer and had questions about the location of the pool and never received and email back. There was also a crane doing painting work the whole time that was loud and woke us up at 8am each morning and they left rusty nails everywhere on the deck and ground.

Out of the Blue

The location of the property was excellent Close to everything but set back enough from the “crowd” keeping it peaceful/quiet. The condo was spotless & well stocked. Pls keep in mind the following: Addition of a coffee maker Time on the stove needs to be updated we corrected the time on the micro could not figure out stove Bbq was not in good order with only a single burner working we had a short stay so we just made due. I think it needs a good cleaning. Blinds in the main bedroom should be replaced The main floor bedroom had two single beds the one on the left side of the room was not set up properly it made noise my father cut himself nothing major attempting to repair it. Thank you.
