A furnished two-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom Spanish stucco home in Morningside Park, walking distance to SoFi Stadium, Kia Forum, and Intuit Dome. The recently remodeled kitchen anchors a comfortable, well-maintained interior with new appliances, in-unit laundry, and thoughtful updates throughout. A private backyard and covered carport add to the livability. Well suited for a month or longer.
This Spanish home sits on a tree-lined street in Morningside Park, one of Inglewood`s quieter residential neighborhoods. A front yard with a small seating area greets you at the entry, with a covered carport and driveway running along the right side of the property. The home has been well maintained and carries a warmth that feels lived-in rather than staged.
Through the front door, the living room sits immediately to the left. Motorized shades on the main windows give the space a clean, modern feel, while a leather sofa and corner chair keep it comfortable. Natural light comes in throughout the day. The room flows easily into the dining area, where a glass table seats four.
The kitchen is the most updated part of the home, and it shows. The original teal tile has been preserved and paired with fresh white countertops and newly painted cabinetry in a complementary teal, creating a cohesive, character-forward space that works well. New appliances throughout, including a range and refrigerator, make it fully functional for cooking during a longer stay. A washer and dryer are also on this level.
Down the hallway, the first bedroom sits on the left with a full bed, closet storage, and quiet natural light. The larger bedroom at the end of the hall accommodates a king bed with comfortable clearance. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with original pink tile, a glass-door shower, and a calm, well-maintained finish that suits the home`s overall character.
A door off the kitchen leads to the backyard, a private outdoor space with mature fruit trees. Seating in the yard is available for guests who want to use the space. The garage is reserved for owner storage and is not accessible to guests.
The home heats with space heaters. Central air conditioning is not available, though the mild Inglewood climate makes this manageable for most of the year.
The home sits less than three miles from SoFi Stadium, Kia Forum, Intuit Dome, and Cosm, all reachable in under ten minutes by car. LAX is approximately four miles away, a straightforward drive with no freeway required.

SoFi Stadium, Kia Forum, Intuit Dome, and Cosm are all within easy walking distance, making this location one of the most convenient in the city for events. Everyday conveniences including grocery stores, coffee shops, and local dining are close by. The neighborhood sits just minutes from the Metro K Line, with easy access to LAX and the broader Westside.
Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you`re an explorer, we recommend a car.
The Metro K Line runs nearby, connecting Inglewood to the Westside and downtown Los Angeles. Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.
- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.
