The space
The main floor: enter via enclosed sunroom directly from driveway. Keypad on interior door located here for house access. Remodeled light and bright white kitchen with quartz countertops, SS appliances including induction cooktop.
Formal dining room seats 8 comfortably. You’ll find plenty of glassware, dinnerware and serving platter in the 2 corner hutches.
Formal living room is spacious - front to back, has TV above FP, work desk, games located in hutch here. There’s is a large sofa if you have a 7th person wanting to couch surf.
A half bath and basement laundry access is located here.
Second floor: There are 3 bedrooms all with queen beds and a full bath with step in tub/shower.
The basement is partly finished and you can enjoy playing with a mid-evil castle with knights and dragons or grab the ping pong paddles for a game of “pong-racketball. “
The laundry is located in the unfinished area in the basement.
Enjoy dining al fresco on the rear deck carefree as Fido can run off leash in the fenced yard.
