Featuring 4 comfortable bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms, this home is ideal for families, groups, or anyone looking to enjoy a sunny Florida escape. Step outside and unwind in your private pool, or fire up the BBQ for a laid-back afternoon with friends and family.

Inside, you’ll find a sleek, modern design paired with entertainment for all ages. Challenge your group to some friendly competition with the air hockey table or arcade basketball game, then kick back and relax on the cozy lounge couch.

Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including pool, yard, BBQ Grill, free Wi-Fi, parking (limited to 2 cars), coffee maker, washer, and dryer.

Located in a great neighborhood, modern urban Beverly Park you’ll enjoy a peaceful stay while still being close to everything Hollywood has to offer.

Important Policies:
• Commercial activities and professional video recording are not permitted
• A $500 security deposit is required prior to arrival
• An additional $500 deposit may apply for local bookings, last-minute reservations (within 7 days), or shorter stays
• Security deposits must be paid via approved methods (no credit cards)
• Non-compliance with house rules may result in loss of deposit

Smoking Policy:
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. A $750 fee will apply, along with any additional costs for damages or reservation disruptions caused by smoke odors.

**The pool is not heated**

*Upon confirmation, we will request a signed credit card authorization form along with pictures of the credit card holder`s ID for verification purposes.*

The payment of an additional $500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival.

**Please note that for July 4th holiday bookings, an additional $500 security deposit is required on top of the standard amount; additionally, please be aware that fireworks and parties are strictly prohibited at the property**

Security deposits can`t be paid via Credit card.

Mandatory house rules:

1. No guests allowed in the home other than those included in the reservation

2. Vehicle count cannot exceed 2 cars, no vehicles are to be parked on the swale, street, or grass.

3. No excess noise throughout the day and no noise during the quiet hours of 10 pm to 7 am

4. A fee of $750 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture.

5. Fireworks are not allowed.

6. Please do not change the settings on the pool equipment, if you need assistance, let us know so we can assist. If you change the settings a $500 fine will be charged.

PET OWNERS: A pet fee of $150 will be charged if you don`t clean up after your pet. This applies in open areas (patio/backyards) and inside of homes. You are responsible for delivering the property in the same condition as received.
