Outdoor Living: The deck is accessed via a small step down from the main floor.

Lower Level: Includes a finished basement with additional bedrooms. The staircase is well-lit and features double railings for support. A separate ground-level exterior entrance is also available.

Waterfront Access & Parking
The Walk: A 15-minute stroll leads to your deeded beach and dock.

The Drive: For your convenience, there's a private lakeside parking lot located <50 feet from the water—ideal for easy transport of coolers and beach gear.

Terrain: The path from the lakeside lot to the water is fairly flat but consists of natural, unpaved wooded terrain.

Entry & Parking
Arrival: The driveway is slightly sloped with 4 steps required to enter the home. A garage is available for guest use.

Dock Policy: Boat mooring is reserved for stays of 7 days or longer. All guests are welcome to use the dock for seating and lake views.
