"Twin Rocks" chalet est une charmante retraite de 2 Bdrm / 1 Bath sur le lac Sebago avec une vue magnifique sur The White Mtns. Profitez de couchers de soleil à couper le souffle sur Jordan Bay depuis la sérénité de votre terrasse, plage, quai et foyer ... Ce chalet récemment rénové confortable, confortable et impeccablement propre est prêt pour que vous puissiez profiter, vous détendre et "créer des souvenirs qui dureront toute une vie" ... et "OUI", nous avons le câble et le Wifi ... Le salon et le porche de style chalet donnent sur le lac et sont climatisés pour les chaudes journées d'été. La salle de bain complète est de grande taille avec baignoire / douche. La cuisine a une table avec 4 chaises et est certainement entièrement équipée pour tous vos besoins de cuisine ... même une marmite à homard. Nous avons une belle salle à manger extérieure avec table et chaises, une grille au propane avec un brûleur latéral et un "million de dollars"
vue!! L'eau est littéralement à 45 'du chalet. Nous avons ajouté un foyer au bord de l'eau pour profiter de ces nuits relaxantes au coin du feu.

Great spot on Sebago

Easy check in and property was exactly as described. The family loved being on the lake for the week and entertaining friends. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect lakeside cabin.

The cabin is just as described - clean, quiet, comfortable. Wonderful views of Sebago Lake from the bedroom and front room. The owners live next door and are friendly and helpful. We hope to be back next year!

Amazing Week on Sebago

Roxanne is a great host! The check-in process was very easy and she stopped by to explain everything about the cottage and property. She always responded quick to questions via text and was very flexible in our checkout process since we needed to leave at 4am for a flight. Overall the property is in great shape and was everything we wanted and more for our vacation on Sebago. Would definitely highly recommend this property!

Sebago Lake Dream Vacation

Twin Rocks was exactly as advertised; it met and exceeded our expectations. Location is PERFECT! Super clean, simple check-in, and great communication with the hosts! We will absolutely be returning in the future. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Roxanne and Kelly are great hosts. Their recommendations about where to eat and what to do were spot on. And, the house has amazing views. It's clean. And it has a dock. We loved our stay there.

Perfect lake getaway

Our week at Sebago Lake couldn’t have been any better. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed to keep us and the kids (2&4) comfortable being away from home all week. Roxanne was an excellent host and always available for questions, recommendations, and even replaced a broken coffee maker (a true emergency) on the same day. Less than 5 minutes to food, grocery stores, shopping; couldn’t recommend this property, or host enough.

Sebago Lake rental

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. It is a great location with a great view of the lake and fantastic sunsets. The hosts were wonderful and made sure we were happy with everything. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed in it. The sunroom had a great view of the lake . We went kayaking and was able to use my new motorboat and use the dock and mooring. Overall, a wonderful time.

Great family vacation spot

Lovely location for anyone who enjoys being on the lake. Great beach access for little kiddos and those looking to swim, paddle board, fish, boat or just enjoy sitting and relaxing. Lots of comfy seating, inside and out. Comfortable beds and a great fire ring and sitting area . Responsive owner who works hard to ensure a great stay. Thank you Roxanne and Kelly! Was a pleasure to meet you and a great vacation.

Wonderful family vacation spot

Twin Rocks was a wonderful spot for our vacation on Sebago Lake. The cabin is immaculately clean. The property is in a beautiful spot that feels secluded but is still 5 minutes from a grocery store. Our kids had a fabulous time jumping off the dock and playing on the little beach. Roxanne was a wonderful, attentive host. We can't wait to go back!

We had an amazing stay! It was right on the water while being less than 2 miles from stores restaurants etc, but you would never know it while at the house. Roxanne and Kelly were awesome! Accommodating, helpful and friendly! Loved the house!

Amazing Stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Twin Rocks. Roxanne was the most wonderful host!! She was so kind and even brought treats to our kids while we were relaxing by the lake. She made us feel like a part of the family. We hope to return to this beautiful property soon! Thanks for everything, Roxanne! The little ones miss you already! Hugs from your friends in NY!!

A little piece of heaven.

Extraordinary location, remote but within 2miles of grocery, restaurants and activities. Hosts were very gracious, cottage was very clean and well stocked for cooking, and had a selection of games & puzzles. The view both from the sunroom and the picture window in the master bedroom were amazing to see the sunsets everyday. Kids had a blast jumping off the dock and sitting around the firepit at night. I would definitely recommend this location for your vacation.

Slice of heaven

My husband and I stayed in this quaint, lovely cabin on Sebago Lake the week of July 6-13, and had such a peaceful and relaxing time. The view from the sun porch picture window is breathtaking! We so enjoyed meeting the owner, Roxanne, and she made us feel right at home immediately, and had several great suggestions for things to do, as well as places nearby to eat. If you stay, you will find it difficult to leave, as it truly is the perfect location for a true Maine lake experience!

Incredible location and awesome cottage.

One of the cleanest and most comfortable locations that my family and I have vacationed at in years. Cottage is situated in a great, quiet spot on Jordan Bay yet is still located near a marina, restaurants, Planet Fitness, and retail and grocery stores. Dock and mooring were perfect for our boat, and the views from the outside fire pit and cottage windows were awesome. Water was crystal clear and perfect. Great place to escape to on vacation, relax and enjoy with the family. Roxanne was very helpful, informative and accomodating..great host, no stories.....Will definitely be back again!

Awesome week at Twin Rocks cottage!

We spent a week at Twin Rocks cottage and had a wonderful time. The location is perfect, right on the lake and close to everything in town. Roxanne and Kelly go out of their way to make sure your stay is comfortable. The cottage is adorable and well stocked with everything you could possible need. We enjoyed cooking several meals inside the cottage as well as outside on the grill. Our daughter loved being able to make s'mores at the fire pit! Thanks Roxanne and Kelly for a wonderful week at Twin Rocks!

Relaxing enjoyable vacation

Our stay at Twin Rocks was nothing but spectacular! From our amazing hostess and hubby to the spotless cottage(and I mean spotless), crystal clear water, perfect location. While at this gem of a cottage you feel like you are a million miles from civilization, but in fact you are only 1 minute away from the grocery store, restaurants, Walmart, Home Depot and shops galore. Roxanne made our stay impeccable with excellent communication and was available at the drop of a hat. You rock Roxanne!! We throughly enjoyed ourselves here and you will too.

Perfect little place to get away, but still be close to everything!

We just had the absolute best week at Twin Rocks. The water there is phenomenal for swimming, just clear, and no plant growth at all. I would recommend water shoes, but I'm a wimp. My 8 year old son was fine without! We swam every day (rain or shine), and it just felt so secluded. Roxanne was helpful, they were right next door, but it felt really separated. Beds were comfortable, loons were lovely to hear at night, and water pressure was fantastic. Lots of stairs, but it was good to have the workout to counteract vacation calories! We loved it, would absolutely return again. Thank you Roxanne and Kelly!

A wonderful cottage!

We had a great time at Twin Rocks Cottage.We just loved this cottage with it's charm and convenient location. Full kitchen stocked with lots of cooking pans, utensils, plate ware etc. The interior was cozy and clean. All furniture was in a very good shape, mattresses comfy and you can't bit gorgeous views from main bedroom and inclosed porch. The lake was so clear that you can see every rock on the bottom. The owner's house was next to our cottage, however we didn't even notice their presence. Roxanne is a gracious and very helpful hostess. Big shopping malls just 5 min drive. We would definitely return to the Twin Rocks Cottage.

Doesn’t get much better than this!

Our family of 4 stayed here for two weeks and it was perfect. We stay at rentals a lot, and this cottage was the cleanest I’ve ever seen. The dock is perfect for swimming. the lake was high from the rains, and my teenage boys could almost touch bottom. There is a small beach. Fire pit watching the sun go down was a dream! Kitchen is extremely clean with more than enough room for my family. All rooms had air conditioning if needed. Great location - I felt like we missed a lot of the traffic since we were on the eastern side of Sebago. Owner was more than available if I needed anything. My only complaint is that I didn’t stay longer.

Wonderful cottage in best location!

Our second summer on Sebago - family of three with an almost two year old loved this location and cottage. Roxanne was fantastic and ensured we had everything we needed. We planned this visit around a family reunion and were able to easily get to other cottages in Windham/Standish via boat or walking. The dock with the small rocky beach was great for a toddler (in a life jacket). No stairs to navigate in the house for a toddler, but we kept a close eye on the outside stairs and it was totally doable. We were able to host family for beautiful lakeside visits and the incredible sunset. We loved the low-key "campish" feel of the cottage, but it is SO clean and comfortable - not an easy balance to strike, but this is it....we know Sebago well and wouldn't hesitate to return to Twin Rocks! It truly is the best.

So RELAXING…

(July 2-9, 2022 🇺🇸 🎆 🎇 🇺🇸) If you are looking to “get away from it all” and actually spend a vacation relaxing (bring a good book or two!), then Twin Rocks cottage is for you. What a beautiful, clean little updated throwback gem Roxanne and Kelly have here. Just a quick drive from Portland and a few minutes off the busier part of Standish (with shops, restaurants, etc.) - the real highlight is the lake - for boating, swimming, or just lounging on a tube enjoying the beautiful view of the sunset over the White Mountains. Twin Rocks cottage was the perfect reset for our family and the perfect place to “make memories.” Roxanne and Kelly were perfect, gracious hosts… Thank you both for your kind assistance when we needed it - and for sharing your beautiful property with us! Lake front cottage offers lots of options for your stay

This charming cottage offers a great spot to simply chill and enjoy the incredible view and comfortable living spaces. If you prefer to play in the lake you have immediate access to do so. Cottage is well equipped, very clean with easy access to shopping areas and eateries only 10 minutes away. Property owner is easily available for any reason and quick to respond. Owner puts much effort into shaping a wonderful experience and is a good communicator. Highly recommend this property. Beautiful sunsets to enjoy!! Jordan bay offers a quiet respite from the larger lake activity. Looking forward to another stay next year! Appreciate you sharing this special place with us!!

Beautiful Views and a few steps to the water

Super clean and cute cottage with beautiful water views from the master bedroom and the porch. Relax on the chairs provided on the deck under shady trees and enjoy the view and water. We visited Portland and did a Trolley tour, went horseback riding at Carousel Horse Farm, and played mini-golf at Steamboat Landing. There are food stores and restaurants not far away I would suggest a railing on the walkways for safety. Thank you for sharing your Cottage. Bill and Janet

A little Sebago Lake gem!

My mom and I stayed for a week in late August and we honestly don’t have anything bad to say about our experience. Roxanne was a kind and helpful host (she lives next door and while she gives you your privacy, she’s happy to help if you need her), the cottage was clean and cozy, and the views of the crystal clear lake were gorgeous. Good to know: The stairs down to the cottage are a bit steep (my mom has a bad knee so we just had to take them slowly) and if you love to swim like we do, you’ll definitely want to bring water shoes since the bottom of the lake is rocky. But overall, everything was pretty much perfect. We just left and miss the place already!
