This house was a perfect fall getaway with two teens. We all loved the access to the lake and the views were great. Kayaks were a bonus and the proximity to the Naples Causeway was ideal. It was "Rocktoberfest", so we strolled the causeway, listened to fun music, and were delighted to a grand fireworks display while we enjoyed a fire on the dock. House is very comfortable and all needs met. Beds were comfortable and the lower level space for the teens was ideal. House has amenities for every season and even for rainy days. Highly recommend!

Perfect house for our family vacation! Great location, close to boat rentals/jet skis, restaurants and mini golf and ice cream. Ideal house for staying in as well. Plenty to do at the house - inside and outside. Clean lake water with sandy entrance along with great dock/views and chiminea for relaxing or playing with our dog. We only had to pack our clothes & toiletries and do some light food shopping. Everything else was essentially provided. Owners were responsive and easy to work with. Can't say enough good things about this place. Even the public beach next to the property had no impact on our stay.

We had an awesome vacation here. Location is both private and walkable to town, great yard space, great layout in the home, well stocked, comfortable beds (even the bunks), communicative hosts, dog friendly, the works. Would love to come back again soon. Thank you.

Perfect location

The lakeside house is perfect for a quiet getaway directly on Long Lake. I enjoyed sitting by the water while sipping my morning coffee watching ducks float by and boats on the water.

We had a wonderful stay on Long Lake. Charlie was attentive to any questions we had. The house was relaxing, clean, and enjoyable for our entire group. We would definitely reserve this place again!

My family had an amazing time at this property! The views from every room are gorgeous, the setup is perfect for games and entertaining, the waterfront is pure sand and shallow which was awesome for the kids to safely play independently and adults to float! The central air worked great, the hosts were great communicators, plenty of linens, etc! We hope to stay here again next year!

Wished we had known

The house was bright, clean, roomy and well stocked. The docks and fire pits were just as described. What seemed like a quiet private spot however wasn't exactly that: right next door is a public beach used by a summer camp for several hours every day. Talk about noise! 15-20 yelling and screaming kids. Counselors yelling, too. We couldn't hear each other talking outside.

Paradise on Long Lake

I have rented several vacation homes and this one was BY FAR the best overall experience we've ever had. The home is beautiful, the location is almost perfect, and the homes amenities and features are as good or better than most 4 star hotels. The beds were very comfortable and not cheap mattresses like in many rentals. In fact, all of the furniture was great. Many rental properties use lower quality less expensive furniture to save costs, but all of the furniture in this house seemed like furniture you would put in your primary residence... Maybe even better. The appliances were new, and everything worked flawlessly. The amount of places to sit and view the lake was amazing. I spent the week with my in-laws and my adult kids (who would bring friends to hang out) and we never felt cramped because of all of the different places to hang out. The dock is beautiful and well maintained. In some other houses I've rented the docks seemed treacherous, but here it was solid as a rock, which was important for my elderly in-laws. The owners were as wonderful as the house and answered any questions or concerns almost immediately and with a smile. The only possible cons were that it is next to the public beach and it can be a little noisy and have a lack of privacy, but that's a very minor concern and it didn't detract from our experience at all. In fact, I would say that all of the locations benefits far outweigh that. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

Beautiful home, excellent location

We had a wonderful 7 night stay at this comfortable lakefront home! There were at peak, 5 adults, 2 toddlers and one dog. Only a few steps down to the water, directly adjacent to the Naples Town Beach, which is a bonus as it's quiet, sandy, accessible. The main floor is spacious including a large bathroom; lower level is great, bunk beds, games - exactly as shown in the photos. Lots of linens, comfortable mattresses and pillows, all very clean! Fully appointed kitchen. 3 kayaks in good condition and life jackets of all sizes are provided. Never had a chance to use the paddle boat but it looks fun! The location of the house is hard to find - super detailed and VERY specific directions indicating landmarks and street names, would have been helpful. The short granite marker with the house number is impossible to find. Once you know, you know, but it took us over 20 min to find the property. Just saying that it’s past the town beach is not enough. Buy your own wood for the fire pit or chiminea! There is a lot of wood piled near the front fire pit, but it has not been sheltered from the elements, so it's sodden, not burnable, despite all of our Boy Scout and Girl Guide efforts. We bought wood at the “Umbrella Factory Super Market” (great grocery, very nearby) and had no problem. Communication was excellent with Linda of Evolve as well as the owner, Charlie. There was an issue with the septic system which the owner addressed immediately. Many great memories were made!
