***A set up package of 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 4 dishwasher pods, and 4 Free and Clear laundry pods are provided for each booking. All sheets, blankets, comforters, pillowcases, and throw blankets are laundered with free and clear laundry detergent. All items, used or unused, are laundered every time the home is rented. Parties or group events are strictly prohibited.

***Once your booking is accepted, we will send you a short-term rental agreement that is to be reviewed and signed within 24 hours of your accepted reservation. It is the renter's responsibility to ensure that all guests abide by the house polices outlined in the agreement.

***The Grove has a strict no-smoking and vaping policy inside the home, on the porches, and near the home. There is a designated smoking location under the carport with a receptacle. The home is made of cedar, which easily soaks in smells, making future non-smoking guests' stays unpleasant. If you or your guests smoke or vape, there are several VRBO homes in the area with more lax smoking policies. Thank you.

Doing so constitutes a violation of the rental agreement and will result in immediate eviction without refund.
