Unique Caribbean Secluded Open Air Compound

Perched at the very tip of Reeds Point, this open-air villa offers a unique escape for non-luxury seekers who value privacy, natural beauty and true seclusion. From sunrise to sunset, enjoy uninterrupted sea views on both sides of the coastline and distant islands.
Spread across multiple levels, the villa offers intimate in/outdoor spaces designed to make most of the views. Stairs lead to the rocky shoreline, offering private access to the sea for swimming and snorkeling just outside your door.

The villa is spread across three levels, each offering distinct features:

***Upper level - Bedroom 2 & 3***

Located at the top of the he property, those 2 bedrooms are thoughtfully positioned to provide both privacy and an elevated views of the surrounding landscape. Each bedroom features its own indoor or outdoor shower.

***Middle room***
The central part of the villa houses the Master bedroom in the main cottage, in front of which you'll find an in infinity pool and a large patio, creating a serene retreat with panoramic views that stretch across the sea. The master bedroom also has its own outdoor shower.

***Lower level - Kitchen, dining area, lounge, daybed & bathroom***
You'll find an open-air kitchen, dining area and a lounge, all designed in seperate bungalows. A comfortable daybed and bathroom are also located on this level, allowing for relaxed indoor living. From this level, stairs lead to a stony coastline, with private access to the sea.

LIVING WITH NATURE

As an open-air property, you will encounter some insects such as mosquitos, but we provide everything you need to stay comfortable (mosquito repellent, zappers, ...). The villa is fully surrounded by louvered doors and mosquito nets, offering natural ventilation, and while there is no air conditioning, the refreshing breeze and ceiling fans ensure a pleasant stay.

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS

Due to the steep cobbled pathways connecting the different levels, the property is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. For safety reasons, the use of cars, golf carts, buggies or similar vehicles is strictly prohibited within the property itself.

The villa is best suited for guests who appreciate an authentic, non-luxury experience and who are comfortable walking along steep path.

EXCLUSIVE PRIVACY

The property is always rented exclusively to one group at a time, ensuring complete privacy. You will never have to share the property with other guests.

AMENITIES

Located on Jolly Harbour, the villa is just a 5-minute drive away from shops, beauty salons, restaurants, sports facilities, the marina and the beach. South Beach is a 1-minute drive or a 3-minute walk away.

ASSISTANCE

For convenience, we recommend renting a golf cart or car to explore Jolly Harbour and the nearby amenities. We're happy to assist with rental arrangements, or even help organize a taxi to pick you up from airport for a smooth arrival.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

For stays of more than 5 days, a maid service will be provided for mid-stay cleaning, and sheets are changed weekly. Additional maid services can be arranged for an extra charge.

The washing machine is not available for use in the villa. However, there is a laundromat in Jolly Harbour where you can drop off and pick up your laundry, and we’d be happy to arrange this for you.
