The main house offers 3 ensuite bedrooms (sleeps 6) plus a half bathroom, while the open-plan guest house sleeps 4 with 2 super-king beds, indoor and outdoor kitchens. Each villa has its own pool, creating space and comfort for up to 10 guests.
Perfect for families or groups, enjoy sunny terraces, sea-view dining, and nearby beaches. Privacy meets togetherness in this tropical getaway.
Welcome to your Antigua villa retreat, a rare dual-villa property with 180° sea views.
The estate combines a 3-bedroom main house and an open-plan guest house, each with its own private pool.
The main house sleeps 6 with ensuite bedrooms (1 super-king and 2 doubles), a half bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with indoor dining, plus a terrace and balconies overlooking the sea.
The guest house sleeps 4 with two super-king beds in a bright open-plan layout. It offers an indoor kitchen, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a sea-view dining table for 8, and a patio with a dining table for 6. A bathroom with shower plus two outdoor showers complete the space.
Across the property, enjoy three fully equipped kitchens, Wi-Fi throughout, multiple indoor and outdoor dining areas, two private pools, and balconies and terraces with unforgettable sea views.
Please note: water pressure is lower than in the UK or USA.
Guests have full and private access to both the main villa and the guest house, including two swimming pools, three fully equipped kitchens, multiple indoor and outdoor dining areas, and all terraces and balconies with sea views. The guest house is entirely open plan, so bedrooms, living, and kitchen areas share one space. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Parking is available on-site.
We respect your privacy and want you to feel at home. Weâre available by phone, message, or email if you need assistance or local recommendations.
A cleaning service is provided Monday to Friday: for stays of 5 days, cleaning will be done once; for stays of 7 days or more, twice.
Cleaning takes place between 9:00 and 17:00. Outside of that, the villa is yours to enjoy in complete privacy.

âą Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms, while the living areas are cooled with ceiling fans.
