The villa was stunning, I’d say even better than advertised on the app.

It had everything and to wake up in the morning with such stunning views started off each day perfectly. The villa is perfect for families, a 15/20 min walk to the port and there is a bus stop just down the road. We had an amazing time in the villa and would not hesitate in going back again. Thank you to the hosts who were brilliant and helped us on the last day with our luggage and we cannot wait to go back again one day.

Excellent property and location

Great contact with the property manager throughout the booking process and during our stay. The setting was ideal for all of our group, and the property immaculate. The rocky coastline is minutes away, ideal for those morning swims. Several restauarants and a local Spar nearby too. Everything you need....

Beautiful home and location.

The pool was a perfect way to cool off on the hot days in Alcudia. The views from the home are lovely and the kitchen allowed us to have some meals in vs. eating out always. We loved that the home was in a less crowded area of Alcudia but very quick access to old town Alcudia, the big beaches, and Pollenca. Thank you for letting us use your lovely home!

Third time

This is the third time we’ve been to this villa in the last 5 years and obviously we love it. It has everything we need, is luxurious and is in a perfect spot. Tumble out of bed, 1 minute to the beautiful crystal clear sea and relax. It’s clean, well designed, has everything you could need in a great location. Will return for a fourth visit.

Beautiful home with fantastic outdoor areas

The property is exactly as depicted. The only thing I can say negative is that the mattress in the master was much too soft for my liking. But that’s personal preference. Would totally stay again.

Very nice house in Alcanada

The views from the terrace and the master bedroom. Small bedrooms and bathrooms (except masterbedroom). We really missed a better dining table outside for 8 people. The entrance through the garage was tricky with a large car.

Villa with amazing views and great pool

The villa was stunning! Equipped with everything you could possibly need. The sea views from both balconies were fantastic. We all enjoyed the swimming pool. It was a good size as well. Not too cold either! There is plenty to do in Mallorca so would recommend a car to get about the island. We had a fantastic holiday. Couldn't fault the villa and Ideal Property Mallorca were excellent hosts. Always responsive and friendly. We'd definitely come back!!!

Beautiful property with fantastic pool

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful property. The location was great with an amazing view of the sea. The property was fully equipped with everything we needed, and was very accommodating of our 1 year old with a cot and high chair. We hired stair gates so that we could relax a bit while the little one ran around - Ideal Property Mallorca were very responsive and helpful in providing recommendations for this. We spent every day in the pool! The sun lounge area and the outdoor seating area above were great for this. Parking was also super easy, and we felt very secure with the gated driveway. We look forward to our next visit! Nothing

All absolutely brilliant

An absolute brilliant few days in this stunning villa, so much space for our group of 8, lots of places around the villa to sit and chat, eat, drink and relax. Lots of room and options to have a bit of your own space even in a large group. All facilities were pristine and spotless, could not be faulted. Air conditioning was great in the hear. The pool area is wonderful, we spent a lot of time on the pool and terrace area, the views were simply stunning. Used the bus to get into Alcúdia old town and also the port, many lovely restaurants and bars to explore. The rocky and seaweed beaches at Alcanada were lovely to explore too, many lovely little places along there to discover and dip in the sea. The area is so picturesque and has a really laid back vibe with a nice beach cafe. I can recommend the Alcanada 35 Restaurant near the Villa where we enjoyed a very memorable meal, the staff were friendly and food very nice.

Tolles Feriendomizil für die ganze Familie

Wir waren 10 Tage vor Ort. Das Haus ist groß und bietet genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeit für alle und umfassenden Komfort. Leider hat es keinen Grill. Das wäre perfekt gewesen. Die Räume sind toll eingerichtet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Wir werden gern wiederkommen. Ein Grill wäre toll und einen Staubsauger vor Ort zu haben um mal eben sagen zu können. Alles andere war perfekt.

Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen. Das Haus hat eine super schöne Aussicht und ist sehr ruhig gelegen

Man könnte die WC Bürsten gegen Lotusblüten -Bürsten austauschen. Diese sind einfach zu reinigen und umweltfreundlicher, da sie nicht ausgetauscht werden müssen. Der Schmutz bleibt nicht daran hängen.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem schönen grossen Haus sehr genossen. Das Haus ist toll gelegen und hat einen grossen Pool. Einzig die Sanitären Anlagen sind ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen.

War haben den 2-wöchigen Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen, und es hat unserer Familie dort sehr

Das Haus lag super, hatte eine tolle Aussicht, und war sehr gut ausgestattet. Insbesondere die Nähe zu Alcudia war wirklich toll. Wir haben einige Male Rückfragen gehabt oder haben Hilfe benötigt, wobei das Team von Ideal Property schnell und gut reagiert hat. Alle Mitarbeiter mit denen wir Kontakt hatten, waren ebenfalls sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Daher gibt es von uns auch eine Klare Empfehlung und insgesamt 5 Sterne für die Unterkunft. Es gab kleinere Punkte, die uns negativ aufgefallen waren, wie z.B. das Fehlen eines Staubsaugers, oder dass Möbel bereits etwas kaputt waren, oder dass Teile im Bad bereits sehr abgenutzt ausgesehen haben. Das ist auch der Grund warum, wir an der einen oder anderen Stelle nur 4 Sterne geben, da wir bei einer solchen Unterkunft auch einen etwas makelloseren Zustand erwartet hatten. Trotzdem - klare Empfehlung und 5 Sterne insgesamt.

Het was een hele rustige locatie met prachtig uitzicht. Alleen sommige plekken lagen op een afstandje, maar het wandelen door de wijk maakte het weer helemaal waard

Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen

Alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum, die Aussicht atemberaubend. Wir würden das nächste Mal in eine andere Region wollen, weil es uns in Alcúdia nicht so gefallen hat. Dafür kann aber die Unterkunft nichts und dies ist eine rein persönliche Geschmackfrage:)
