JL 501: Indoor pool 2 Bedroom Condo

This 2-bedroom, 2-bath ,lower-level condo is located at Jacobs Landing. Jacobs Landing property is centrally located in Birch Bay making it easy to walk to all our little resort community has to offer. Because of the exceptional location, Jacobs Landing is one of the most desired vacation rental locations in Birch Bay. This corner condo has 1000 square feet of living space for you and your family. There are only 6 like this on the entire property. Walk into the property and you will find a bedroom off to the left that has 2 twin beds. There is also a full bath with shower only and your full-size washer and dryer. Take a couple steps down and you enter the living space. A large area that has a bar and bar stools, a work station with printer and comfy living room furniture next to a wood burning fireplace. There is a nice air mattress (2 of them) in the closet with sheets and pillows and blankets should you need it. From the living area walk into the large fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to make a large family meal or light snack. Air fryer, drip and pod coffee maker, crockpot, blender as well as lots of pots and pans, dishes and silverware all for your use. From the kitchen window you can look down the driveway and see the water. Enjoy one of Birch Bay famous sunsets. Step up a few steps into the large bedroom with a Queen size bed and private full bath. There are two smart TVs in this condo but no cable. You are welcome to stream your favorite entertainment apps or cast from your device. There is complimentary WIFI, so this makes it even easier to access your entertainment options.
From the living room you will find a large sliding glass door that takes you out to a patio with a table and chairs as well as a propane BBQ. From your patio you can look down the driveway and see a great view of the water. If you don't go to the beach to watch the sunset you can see it from here. In Birch Bay we still stop to watch the sunset. The patio goes out onto a nice, lush greenbelt area. This is perfect for kids to play or set up a large family meal. The clubhouse with indoor pool is also available to reserve for birthday parties, grad parties and so on. You also have tennis rackets and balls as well as racquetball rackets and balls in the closet for your use.
From the property walk less then a mile and you will find lots of fun for your vacation. Golf cart, paddle boards and kayak rentals as well as lots of beach toys. A small outdoor market with local handmade items. There is also the C-shop with yummy candy and ice cream. From the property walk less then a mile the other direction and you have restaurants, pubs where you can list to a band or belt out a tune at karaoke. The Beach Bat Brewery offers fine micro brews and ciders, food truck, pet and kid friendly. They have trivia night and game night to mention a few. Don’t forget about all the festivals in Birch Bay. This condo is spacious and being a lower level you can hang out on the grass as well. You will find this the perfect location for your friends and family.
