- Primary Bedroom: A relaxing sanctuary with a King bed, plush bedding, and a private en-suite bathroom.
- Second Bedroom: A cozy and quiet room with a Queen bed.
- Third Bedroom: A flexible space with a King bed and a convertible queen sleeper sofa, located near the downstairs living area.

Bathrooms: Three full bathrooms stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Cooling & Comfort:
The main level features a mini-split A/C system to keep the space cool during warmer months. The lower level includes window A/C units for additional summer comfort.

Safety & Security: For your security, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras. Inside, you will find smoke detectors, carbon monoxide alarms, and a first aid kit.

🐾 Pet Waste

Please clean up after your pets during your stay. Any pet waste left in the yard, patios, or around the property will result in a $100 additional cleaning fee. Thank you for helping us keep the home clean and enjoyable for all guests.

🚭 No Smoking

For the comfort of all guests, smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, or vaping) is not permitted inside the home or near open doors or windows. Evidence of smoking will result in a $300 smoke remediation fee.

🔇 No Parties or Events

This is a peaceful home designed for rest and relaxation. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. Unauthorized events may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and additional charges of up to $500 for extra cleaning, damages, or neighborhood disturbance.

🔊 Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially outdoors and on patios.

🚫 Illegal Activities

Illegal substances or unlawful activities are not permitted on the property. Violations may result in immediate removal without refund and notification of appropriate authorities.

🕒 Check-Out

Check-out time is 11 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $100 fee, as they delay cleaning and preparation for the next guest.

🗑️ Trash

Please place all trash in the outdoor bins before departure.

This property is professionally managed. While we respect your privacy, our co-host, Stacie, is available via the messaging platform to assist with any questions or needs that may arise during your stay, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Guests have full and private access to the entire home. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, the kitchen, the garage game room, the private deck, and the yard. Driveway parking is also included. Self check-in is available via a smart lock for a seamless and secure arrival. Your unique access code will be provided before your stay.
