Thank you so much for your feedback.... I can tell you some of the things I have been actively doing since acquiring my property...... last fall I installed a radon mitigation system and a new furnace. I just had the plumber in last week checking it and the sump pump since our recent rain and he said it was plugged. So now that it is working properly now it should be better. I do have a cleaner that comes in and cleans but sounds like I need to have her do a little deeper cleaning. I have new curtains in the bedrooms which in my opinion are the most important place to have curtains. I haven't put curtains in the living room because It looks so nice without. I guess my fault for thinking the sunshine is nice streaming in the windows. I will work on getting some in there. I'm not sure why the pillow didn't get dressed and put on the bed. I usually have extra pillows in the closets without their cases on them until they are needed. That is also why I have extra sheets on the rooms shelf One of my last guests spilt some ink on my bed staining the bedspread, however, it has been washed many times, the sheets that also got stained were thrown away. It cost me a lot of money for them and hard to replace right away. I'm sorry about the garbage bags, I had just gone to the store and thought I had purchased some and see that I had not. Again I'm sorry. I'm just a humble single older woman of meager means doing my best all by myself since the passing of my husband.

I'm sorry your stay was not enjoyable. I indeed had changed the alarms before your stay. I do not know why it was still chirping and changed alarm with a brand new one while you watched me. I have continued to do improvements to my property over time. It is an old house which is also the uniqueness of the property. I did not appreciate the cannabis smoking which was very fragrant when doing our inspection of the foundation and the steps with my contractor. Doing continued upgrades of my property is always challenging in-between guest stays and I make the space as comfortable as possible when they are there. The property was not meant to be a perfect space with no flaws. Also, part of the uniqueness of the property which as a single woman, I maintain myself without much assistance and pride myself that at my age still can do. Again, I'm sorry you were unhappy.
